This bakery / restaurant is COMPLETELY gluten free. There are also vegan and paleo items. The quiche is excellent. The crust tastes like it was made with wheat. I tried the paleo coffee at the suggestion of a friend - goodness it does not disappoint. I had the biscuits with honey and butter. I was served raw honey! Again these biscuits taste like the real thing ... while they are! The chef must really be a master at cooking gluten free. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The seating area reminds you of a country restaurant. It is clean and comfortable. I’ll be coming back when I visit Huntsville.

While it is a tad expensive, the food here is phenomenal! I've had a variety of goods and eaten lunch here and it's been fantastic every time. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about the goods they sell! I always look forward to going.

I don’t eat cane sugar, so I am really happy to know about Mason Dixon! this is the only place in town where I know I can enjoy some sweet and relatively healthy treats (nothing artificial in here). They have lots of paleo and gluten-free options as well as addressing a few other special dietary needs. In addition to their bakery selections, the breakfast and lunch options are also delicious.

These cupcakes are AMAZING! I was very skeptical when I heard they were gluten free, but they honestly taste better than cupcakes with gluten. The texture is very soft and moist and they just melt in your mouth! The cupcakes in the photo below are cookie monster (chocolate cupcake with cookie dough pieces), trash panda (chocolate cupcake with chocolate and caramel icing), and fat elvis (chocolate brownie with peanut butter icing)

My partner and I love this place...the same couple of ladies have worked up front for a long while and they are so nice and knowledgeable..the selection of cupcakes can't be beat..especially for people on specialty diets or with dietary restrictions. The foods is always fresh and prepared with care. Coffee is always on point!! Breakfast or brunch..lunch or dinner. You cannot go wrong here! ❤????????????????
