“This place was great to meet up with friends, family, or a date. I love the wine shop where you can pick up some items for a picnic basket and hit the beach for a concert :-). The drinks and food in the restaurant were all superb. I highly recommend going here. We had such a great time that we stayed longer than planned!”

“Read all the great things about Dinner's Ready, so finally stopped by yesterday, boy I want disappointed All amazing , Greek Salad, Butter beans, breakfast casserole (biscuits and gravy version) and Philly cheese steak casserole. They where making Gumbo when I went in... I'll for sure be back. I love to cook, but have some amazing sides to add to my meals was top notch Update... Had to go back.. breakfast casserole (sausage, eggs, bacon) chicken enchiladas, and Macaroni salad, all amazing, especially the Mac Salad, very very good. Added some pics... “I enjoyed my visit here! Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and personable. They had post it notes all around the shop with little jokes on them. I thought that was charming, and bless whoever is doing that passion project. The cinnamon rolls were gigantic, gooey and so cinnamony! I also got a blueberry muffin and it was exceptional. I had a caramel macchiato that was okay. Nice little stop on the island, and I'm sure if I was local I'd be by often.”

“Really fast service for only having one person baking! Staff was really friendly and easy to talk to. Their calzones were HUGE!! They were half the size of the pizza box, enough for 2+ meals. Prices were very reasonable, not too high. Definitely would eat here again.”

“Owners were awesome to deal with. They opened up two days during the off season just for our group of 10 to grab some waffles and smoothies. They chunk the waffles up into bite sized pieces and cover them with the toppings of your choice in a concession stand type bowl for ease of eating. The owner was also very helpful in making flavor combinations recommendations. Everything we had was fantastic!! Definitely check them out! My only criticism is that they need some better signage to advertise their location.”

“Y'all. This place is a MUST for anyone visiting the island. I can't brag enough about the food. The blackened grouper and grilled shrimp are PERFECTION and the gumbo is on point. You won't regret it. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff are so kind. Just like their sign says, "Fine dining in your flip flops." 👌”

“I have to agree with the other 5 star reviews. My buddies & I ride our bikes to Dauphin Island several times every summer. We just discovered this place. We loved the cheeseburger and the brisket sandwich. The owner/chef came out to greet us & to make sure we were satisfied. We will be back!”

“Hands down the best shrimp po boy I've ever had. Everything was super fresh and the portions are generous, I couldn't even fit all of my shrimp in my sandwich. Good amount of outdoor seating. The woman who took my order was very nice and courteous, even when she was juggling the lunch rush on her own. Don't let a wait dissuade you, there's a reason so many people show up to grab their lunch here. Will definitely visit again the next time I'm in town.”

“Cute little shop! If you get the chance, try their humdingers (called Snowballs in New Orleans). They’re pretty much a mix of snow cones and ice cream. The wait was longer than most ice cream places but that was likely the spring break rush. Even so, the wait was well worth it!”
