“Our experience overall was fine. The servers were all really nice and personable. Really, they were some of the more friendly servers I've encountered. But it did take a while for us to get our water and bread. Our water came after the appetizer and the bread came with the meal. For the appetizer, we ordered the fried mushrooms and I'm telling you, that is the best thing we ate all night. My ribeye was mostly perfect, just a little overdone on the end. The broccoli was quite overcooked and soft, though. Overall, the experience was fine. I'd probably go back. For all I know they were just having a typically busy Saturday night.”

“Out of 3 recent orders the first was great, so I chose to switch over from Papa John's a few minutes down the road. The second order was incorrect, but I thought it may have been a one time thing, so I ordered again in good faith and on the most recent order the pizza was totally wrong. When I called to explain the situation I was put on hold to wait to speak to someone. The gentleman who answered after I was on hold was VERY rude and tried to tell me that's what my order said when clearly I have proof of the order details in my email as well as the sticker on the box (supporting my claim.) I didn't even need anything for free or any replacement but this man's attitude was just so bad that I decided you know what yes remake the order because I can deal with an incorrect order but not an incorrect order AND a bad attitude. Sir, I also work in customer service in the food industry and understand that mistakes happen, but you had no right to speak to me disrespectfully. You start by saying that you're sorry about the incorrect order, not by sighing and then saying "what kind if pizza do you want?" I wanted to express what happened so it hopefully won't happen again, but you didn't even care and just brushed it off like oh you want another pizza? And if needed I do have proof of my order details, so when you told me that's not what my order said, that was just rude and completely false. The drivers are EXTREMELY kind and my first order was perfect, so I'm really let down by the two recent orders but more let down by the terrible attitude of the man on the phone. I hope you learn to speak to people kindly and pay attention to order details in the future so other customers won't have the experience that I had.”

“If you have wanted to try Vietnamese but didn't know where to go, this is a good start. The namesake dish--pho--is a satisfying and generously portioned rice noodle soup. The menu offers a guide to those new to the dish, suggesting particular pho dishes for newbies, regulars and adventurous eaters. Note that the large serving is indeed large! I also recommend the spring rolls. The dishes were flavorful and fresh and served quickly, which is very important at lunchtime.”

“The first thing I noticed after walking in the restaurant was the smell. It smelled old and moldy. When I got up to the counter the Korean guys seemed kinda rude. Maybe because he’s not accustomed to the culture here. But I still order my food. I didn’t take long at all. Quick service is a plus. However, THE LEMONADE.. was made with powder and real lemons. You can tell that the lemons was reused. It had a almost spoiled taste and you can see all the old lemons in the bottom of the container. Very nasty. The wings and fries were excellent but, it was hard for me to eat them cause I was wondering how clean the kitchen really is after tasting the lemonade.”

“This the only Chinese place I like to go in Montgomery. I have been eating with this family for over 20 years (they had a different restaurant before this one). They never disappoint. Everything on the menu is great - but my favorites are the hot and sour soup and Szechuan chicken. The service was exceptional first and foremost. The food was tasty and exuded freshness. “The service here is pretty good. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I was impressed with that aspect of it. Sinclairs has a designated smoking section and also a lower level for large parties. The menu is pretty diverse. it is just not burgers but also pasta dishes and a few other different items. The prices are reasonable for what you get. The food is about average in taste. “It's a chain restaurant, so you can only expect so much. The nice thing about Hardees during early dinner rush is that its quiet. This one is very near a Pokestop for diners with the Pokemon GO app. The food was delivered to our table hot and fresh. The place was nice and clean. The food is good. The customer service was good. “We were stopping here today on the way to a movie and had very little time to eat. We called ahead and the gentleman with whom I spoke was very accommodating, agreeing right away to put our order in so that our food would be ready when we arrived. Upon arrival, he had already set up a table for us and was very attentive. Service was quick and friendly, and he even took a minute to compliment our daughter on her manners. “Decided to try out dinner here to see what a Japanese steakhouse was like in the South. Overall, we were happy with our dinner. The restaurant has the usual show that comes with the meal preparation. The food itself was good overall. Would have preferred less sweet sauce on the chicken, but it didn't spoil the meal. Also missed the ginger sauce that you sometimes get at other Japanese steakhouses. They only had the "yummy yummy" sauce here.”

“Stopped here late on the way to the beach because everyone was hungry. I have to admit that I Really Enjoyed the burger I got. It was grilled very well (not dried out) and the pepper jack cheese they put on it was very good. Places to me with too much to choose from seem to not be able to focus on what they are or represent then half the menu end up being just a waste or nasty items. I like this place with its laid back environment & food I can walk a walk from feeling light & satisfied. I definitely enjoy this place way more than Chipotle which is very overrated at times. They take the same regimen in how they serve you with their choice but food is a lot better here & portions are a lot more for your money. Definitely worth a try for a lunch break or a nice chill date with someone.”
