Wingstop

This place a turned around from when they first open I. And I’m tonight and ordered that cashier was the friendly person I have met in a restaurant And they was a little busy the communication and the sync that these ladies showed tonight was awesome they all work together so well and they and smiles ball night this way a great experience

My experience with this wing stop was Great!I'm on business here so I decided to door dash a pretty large order. I received with no dipping sauce at all not even the ones I paid for. I was looking forward to trying the famous ranch dressing so I called the local restaurant to to let them now I didn't receive any sauce with my order. I spoke to a couple of employees before connecting me to a manger I suppose to whom I also explained my issue.With great concern and a apology he ask if I can come bk to pick up the sauce.I explained to him I had no transportation to get there. He ask where was I located at which was literally a mile or so down the road from the restaurant. He offered to bring my sauce me and sure enough he did! I was originally disappointed about the sauce but was quickly satisfied that was able to try the sauce with my Delicious meal..it was very good! THANK YOU!

I ate there, and I met my favorite cashier there. Her name is Taniah. She is the best. She helped me because it was my first time there and I bought my whole staff up here at Diamond Furniture lunch. The food was great, and we will be there again. Especially to see her.

We ordered our food at 6:10 PM and it was ready by 6:37 PM. Though the staff was friendly, I'm not sure why it took them so long to get a 3-piece tender with fries and a medium boneless wings ready.

I've had wingstop at the Dallas airport and they had my orders usually ready in 5-7 minutes. The food was warm but not super hot as I figured it would've been.

Maybe the best thing is to order ahead next time instead of having to wait 30 minutes for ones food.

I ordered carry out last night and was very impressed with Wingstop, it being my first experience with the restaurant. My food was ready right when they said it would be, was fresh and hot. It was still nice and hot by the time I got home after a 10 min plus drive. Also, I only spent about $14 and ate like a pig. My other go to wing spot would have cost more for less food. Pretty sure Zaxbys won’t be seeing me for a while.

Went in expecting a certain level of product and service, this is a fast food wing joint after all, and got exactly what I expected. Food was fine, took 20min to get food but there were 7+ orders ahead of me so no big deal. People need to curb their expectations when ordering food from a bottom rung chain food joint. Want better service/product? go spend more money at a nicer place, problem solved.
