Chick-fil-A

I love that there's no drive-thru. Creates less car congestion. Plenty of designated curbside parking and never takes long to get my food. I'm so happy there's a Chick fil A down the street from me and I don't have to get on 280!

It would have been nice to know that there was not a drive thru at this location, especially since I looked this location up on the Chick-fil-A app before arriving and it says that “Drive-thru” is one of the amenities (screenshot attached). I drove around the building twice thinking that it was me missing the drive-thru until I realized that there was not one. It inconvenienced me because I then had to order on the app and wait for curbside (using crutches so it was inconvenient for me to go inside). Other than that, everything was the typical Chick-fil-A food/service. Not sure how often I will utilize this location since there is no drive-thru. Even though this one is closer to my home, I think I’ll drive an extra 3-4 minutes down the street to go to the one with a drive-thru

New store opened 5/3/24. Great Chick-fil-A service and food. Indoor walk-up ordering with indoor and outdoor seating. No drive-thru, but uses curbside ordering and deliver to car.

What an amazing customer service experience. Was greeted by Becky, who was so very kind, and treated the person in front of me so warmly, just the same. Just her warm and inviting manner will bring me back here, much less the new convenient location & fresh, hot food! The difference between this Chik-fil-A and others is that this one doesn’t have a drive-thru option, so you will want to order ahead, or park and go inside to order (they have to-go option inside, or you can dine-in). Definitely a very well run operation, even though they just opened! Great establishment! We’ll definitely be back!

Interesting new store no drive through,kind of like it. First day open not busy at the time we went 6:20 pm food good as usual just wish they would go back to a larger option for shake
