“Ok this store had its first problem with me tonight. And to the manager tonight (10/08/19) yes you did right by me but please understand that it wasn't about the money or the free stuff. It was about the fact that for a product you are supposed to have on hand at all times you failed. Yes you where busy and mistakes happen. But I hope in the future this store will come up with a better solution to these problems. Thank you for taking care of the issue and for what you did.”
