Ajian Sushi

This is a new concept for a sushi place, but it's very well executed. The food is good, and the prices aren't too bad. And, there's always something new to try.

Best sushi in town! Atmosphere is nice, service is good, prices are cheap for the quality you get, and the sushi is amazing. For less than $9, you can customize a maki roll to your tastes and it’s made fresh right in front of you. The original tuna and salmon is really good, but I really like the spicy tuna and salmon that they have. Fresh, delicious, fast service, just amazing. Love this place!

Ajian is great for people with celiac disease! The staff has always been knowledgeable and conscientious about gluten every time I have been there. I really appreciate that they’re willing to use a separate cutting board and cutter, separate ingredients, and a dedicated counter area to avoid cross contamination. One of the few places in Tuscaloosa that truly cares about people with food allergies and intolerances. The sushi is amazing and the staff is so kind. I highly recommend Ajian!

I personally love Aijan! It is by far my favorite place to eat in Tuscaloosa. The staff is very sweet, including the manager who is always present and greets you with a smile. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. I cannot say enough about this place; i would recommend it to anyone.

Such a cool idea! My wife & I went, and we loved it. We each created a roll, doubled up, and got fancy with the hot Cheeto toppings! Also, we got the dumplings and chicken ramen soup. It was a perfect meal, and it made for a great date night!
