Another Broken Egg Cafe

Thank god my wife and I was searching for good food and we found it. Awesome worth the wait

Slow service today but the manager took care of the situation and the food was outstanding as usual. There is always a wait here but for a great reason. My family has a lot of food allergies and they always take good care of us. If you're in Tuscaloosa for breakfast you have to try it. You won't regret it.

Even with the wait, the food is always really great. I recommend trying this place. I view it as a staple of Tuscaloosa. If you're in town, give this place a try. They have their liquor license, so they have very good (though relatively high priced) drinks, if you're into that stuff. A+

Pros:
Awesome waitress. Bacon and fried potatoes are the the best I've had. Top notch.

Cons: The supreme omelet is big, meaty, but bland. Just that flat egg taste. Waffles soft, fluffy and not sweet. I've always had waffles crispy on the edges. Syrup is just a meh. Nothing special. Too much staff hanging out at the front desk. Its awkward to have so may eyes on you when you walk through the door. Prices about 20% higher than what it should be to move customers.

Conclusion: Better than average breakfast though sides are better than the eggs. Great staff that have been trained well.

Well I went to get some breakfast and I can say I was not disappointed. The waitress from the bar took my order, she was very nice and always made sure my coffee was topped off. I ordered the cinnamon roll French toast with scrambled eggs with veggies. The eggs were very good, the bacon was thick and crispy and the French toast was amazing with just amount of sweetness and fruits. The coffee was good as well.
