Lots of bricks. Hard to eat fish tacos with a spoon. But they were good. Check this place out! Good food.
I really enjoyed this place! I tried two dishes here, one was the Shrimp Po Boy, it was superb. The other was the chicken salad which was light, tasty, and hearty. They have the best Bloody Mary in town. You can build your own bloody Mary from an extensive list. The bloody Mary is big enough to share so keep that mind! I highly recommend this place, they have a nice clean atmosphere and delicious food.
This was my first time coming to this restaurant. I never been to Birmingham before and this spot was close to my hotel. I was dropped off with a friend by Lyft so I don't know how parking is but I did see a parking lot. When we walked in we was greeted by the bartender as the host stepped off. It was a nice crowd there who appeared to be enjoying their meal so we decided to stay.
The atmosphere is trendy and great for brunch. The food is good, not spectacular, but still good. Lots of menu items to choose from— I got the Grilled Cheese for adults and Bananas in Pajamas appetizer. Cappuccino machine was broken and they were out of all French Toast at Sunday brunch...which was disappointing. Might try this place again after they’ve had a few months to work out all issues.
You need to try this place for breakfast. This is a welcome addition to Tuscaloosa’s breakfast scene. Definitely a step above the usual waffle house type place. They’ve done a gorgeous renovation of this building, and that alone is worth the trip here. The coffee was very good. They need to work on their tea selection. This place just recently opened, and they are still working to perfect the minor details. The bloody Mary’s look excellent, but I was there too early to try them. The staff was extremely friendly. I hope they think about their gluten-free and keto diet options. You need to give this place a try.
