Meraki Hellenic Grill

One of our closest friends that we've met in Alaska highly recommended that we try this restaurant as she has been friends with the owner for nearly 30 years and said his food is delicious.

Today was the day to finally try it.

It was absolutely φανταστικός!! (Greek for fantastic)

This is the most amazing place in eagle river to get food. Why? Because it is Greek. Did you k ow we have the Greeks to thank for modern math, the best philosophy and amazing food? Remember Greek means amazing so eat Greek food. ????????????

Amazing place love the food and their service!!! He brought our food out to the car and noticed we had our dog. He told us to wait a moment and came back with a full container of chicken for our girl! Great place and people.

This restaurant is cozy, quaint and sunny. The owners are warm and eager to engage in conversation, and they are excellent chefs as well. The menu features Greek specialties that are all delicious. They pride themselves on their house made dressings and hand cut ingredients. It is a far way from their home in Athens but the atmosphere and food bridge that distance. Since there aren’t too many tables a lot of folks order take out. They are expert at making sure the food is packaged well. The wraps and salads are always excellent and the Halloumi is really special. Be sure to try the spicy feta dip too, it is a chef favorite!

This place had great food, large portions for a reasonable price. We enjoyed every bite and the owners were really friendly. Will be back again.
