“We have always enjoyed their food and atmosphere! Fettuccine Carrabba is one of the best dishes! We recently had an experience that impressed us. Jay, one of the managers, saw that my wife and I were the last wave of people to be seated. We overheard his discussion with the hostess to put us at a nicer table outside of a server’s section. We know who Jay is, but he has no idea who we are, or that we could hear him. To me it just reflected the level of quality and customer service you don’t usually find elsewhere. He could have just let us wait, but saw that we were on a date and improved our evening! Thanks Jay!”

“My family has long been a fan of the Hawaiian BBQ chains. Our go to was always Ono's. When we moved to Gilbert this place opened up and we were sold! Overall quality is, in our opinion, better than Ono's. LARGE portions and reasonable prices. Katsu chicken is, of course, a favorite in our house and very delicious here. The fish was also enjoyable for a small local restaurant. I personally love the fir island chicken, spicy and savory! We have been multiple times and will continue to do so! Highly recommend!”

“This is my second time trying Swig and I enjoyed it a little bit more this time...in some areas. I tried one of their refresher drinks- the fruit water - - - that is worth 5 stars on its own. The reason I didn’t give Swig 5 stars is the overall experience. The young girl taking the order didn’t really care to be there and by the end of the transaction she had forgotten to give me my change back. Simple mistake and quickly resolved. We got a couple drinks and 2 sugar cookies - they are so good...but this time they were frosted blue. Which I know what you’re thinking, the frosting color should change the taste...but it did for me. Yes yes probably all in my head, but it was just different. #teampinkfrosting. Overall, I will be back for that fruit water. Although, I’m pretty sure The Soda Shop & Swig might be the same place, menu is almost identical and I know The Soda Shop started getting their cookies from Swig a few months back, so maybe they are sister companies. *shrugs* who knows, if you do, let me know.”

“Normally Smashburger is awesome, but lately this particular location has had really long wait times and tonight was no different. 25 minutes is too long for what is essentially fast food. At least tonight the manager jumped on the grill and helped out, offering drinks to everyone waiting for a takeout order. That manager's actions are the only reason this is a 3 star review instead of 2 stars. Actually, I'm conflicted on the rating because when I got home I realized they forgot to give me the milks for my kids' meals. Very disappointed with this location recently. Get it together.”

“Highly recommend!! In the beginning of 2018, i gave this place 2 stars because the service was so slow, in store and with online orders. This Cafe Rio has definitely gotten better since then. It is now 2019 and the service has improved a great deal. Wait times are much shorter and my online orders are ready when I get there! Original review: The food is awesome and that’s the only reason I don’t give it one star. The wait time here is ridiculous. I don’t know about the other reviews saying how quick it is. This cafe rio consistently has long lines. Be prepared to wait 30-60min in line. The workers have no sense of urgency, the line servers will joke with the cooks in the back while I’m standing there waiting to tell them what I want after already waiting forever in line. And there’s no manager or name badges on anyone to report a problem. And forget about ordering online. I’ve ordered online a few times and come in 10 minutes after my “promised time” and still have to wait 20 minutes for my food!!”

The service is great but there are usually so many people it can take a while to get your order in or drink refills. I would still definitely recommend going though. “Wild Ginger bistro has an inviting atmosphere, very clean and well kept. The staff were friendly, courteous, and attentive to my table for two despite there being a group of about 16 dining at the same time. The egg rolls are excellent and not overly oily and the Master Gee beef was just the right amount of spicy. Pricing is very reasonable and the portions were ample.
