“I'm quite positive I'm putting at least one of their children through college, I'm here so often! 😂 The energy teas are so refreshing and give me the healthy boost that I need (ugh, hello, the Ocean Eyes or Strawberry Limerita!). The protein shakes are super tasty and are the perfect meal replacement when I don't have time to eat lunch. It's gotten to the point where I crave these drinks on a daily basis! And, I love that this is a family-run business. On any given day you can meet mom (the owner), dad, or their 2 kids. They are the sweetest people and always greet you with a friendly smile. “You need to check this place out!!! Amazing small business with outstanding staff. Owner who cares about his employees and wants to give every customer a fantastic experience. Came in multiple times but tonight on 12/23 I crashed their company Christmas party. Still welcoming and got to see behind the scenes what this place really is. Overall great atmosphere with cool bar decor. Picnic tables, pool, corn hole, and lots of tvs for sports. Don't pass this cool local place up.”

“My boyfriend and I were looking for a nice date night after a long week and saw Sotol on the map and decided to give it a try. It was absolutely wonderful. We got the calamari, pablano rings and steak tacos. The food was absolutely delicious and worth every penny. We also were impressed with their drink menu. Our server was a doll (Kim) and super fun. The view at dusk was beautiful! Everything is locally sourced which is big for us. Love this place and will be back with friends!”

“Another great Sunday. We don’t get out very often but when we can make it to the porch we consider it a win! Food is to die for, atmosphere is outstanding. Second time we have had the opportunity to have Holly as our server.. she is just wonderful. She always takes the time to give my kids special attention and always has a smile on her face. “I have been here a million times but tonight’s service was exceptional. We waited in the long drive through line and ordered a bunch of shakes. We get through the line and my very tired 2 year old daughter burst into tears that she wanted “the white one ice cream.” Instead of waiting in the long line, I tried to go inside but the doors were locked (covid, curfews and all the other weird stuff happening in 2020) an employee named COURTNEY came to the door, whispered into her microphone and saved the entire evening with one little cup of white ice cream.
