I called the store, manager said she would trade mine for a new one, and told me the deep dish are always burnt like that so suggested a regular crust like I usually order. “Good food. Quickly made. Ordered a number 1 without cheese and added cucumbers, sprouts, and pickles. Their dill pickles are really good. You can choose to have them cut it up whole, halves, or into four pieces. They have many freebies you can add to the subs. They will cut the sub in half for you if you want them to. A large drink, 6in sub #1, and a dill pickle comes to $10.22 with tax.”

“I haven't been to a Streets in a long time. We were there to watch a tournament game, have some beers and apps. I appreciated the complimentary garlic bread. Streets needs better TV's, a better layout of them. We ordered wings, and seasoned fries. I do like that their wings are baked and not fried, and they were very good. The seasoned fries tasted the same as regular fries. The beer was cold, service friendly, although uneven. This is a nice place that has a laid back, welcoming atmosphere. A family place that we will definitely return to.”

“Came here for lunch. Good pizza, efficient service. Beautiful dine-in restaurant with an inviting patio but we were dining in at home so I ordered 4 pizzas to go for my guests. Each pizza was prepared as requested. We LOVE, LOVED, LOVED those pizzas. Organic ingredients!!! Hand tossed crusts and totally yum. Their staff were welcoming and delightful. “Online ordering was a breeze. Unfortunately, my food didn't arrive for about an hour after their "notification" system let me know that the driver was on his way. My order was cold. Their explanation; they were "busy". There is no amount of busy that you couldn't let the customer know that their order is going to be late. “I ordered a late night delivery from this location and unfortunately my pizzas were incorrect and sadly it was to late at night to call for a replacement because they were closed. I reached out the next day and spoke with the manager Noah, and he was happy to send our food out correctly which we received within about 25 minutes, he was very apologetic and guest oriented. The night of the mistake i considered not going back at all but the interaction with the manager assured me that we would be taken care of no matter what.”

“Their pizza is fine and dandy but their customer service leaves a sour taste. I ordered a Philly steak sandwich and wheb it arrived, one long side was so burnt, it had the consistency of plastic. The meat was jerky dry and the sandwich seemed like it had been made once, refrigerated, ran back through the oven, and it cooled off to a hardened state. I called the store to let them know and the woman on the phone not only defends the sandwich, but SHE was the one who made it! And she identified herself as the assistant manager! I would have been mortified if my employee sent that garbage out my doors with my brand name on it. I figured I'd let it go and just refrain from ordering sandwiches from there. Well, tonight I order an 8-piece boneless wings. What I received was 7 fatty, middle-of-my-palm sized boneless wings......and two burnt sad excuses for popcorn chicken that we're supposed to constitute wing 8. Not my chicken, guys. I'm not going to bother calling it in because I don't want to be belittled over chicken. I just felt management should know this quality of food is starting to become consistent...”
