There was a line of people out the door and no food available, not a typical experience. Minus 1 star very limited selection Minus 1 star unprepared and open Store was clean. Ice teas empty. “Newer, cleaner, but less options than others. This location is still pretty bright and clean and doesn't yet have the dinginess that haunts so many of these type of kid places. It certainly has enough seating to support the number of games here - but that's also a strike against - it has fewer games to choose between than others we've visited. Even the not-very-picky-5-year-old had some challenges finding enough ways to use just the first 20 of his 60 tokens from the package, and often the game he wished to use was occupied, which meant off to look for others, which also might be busy. So, in the end, he ended up using many of his tokens on a non-ticket-producing game and certainly didn't have the chance to earn as much loot as he'd have liked. It was an okay experience, and since we live close, I'm sure we'll come again, but it doesn't stand out positively nor negatively.”

“OMG! The Chicago Deep Dish is amazing; flavor, toppings, cheese, and crust all on point. This is one to make a special order for and give it enough time to really bake, makes it totally worthwhile. We had sausage, onions, green peppers, and mushrooms, but we didn't give it the extra love it needed by asking for the pie to be "well done" so our first chance to experience this was less than stellar. After a conversation with Mike (one of the top dudes) we found ways to tweak both sides of the ordering process and the result is mouthwatering. Mike really went out of his way ON A FRIDAY to make sure we were completely satisfied with our Chicago Deep Dish pie and I am truly grateful. We don't treat ourselves often, so an outstanding experience is a big deal to us. Even the baby was happily munching on crispy crust :) If you order a Chicago Deep Dish, a few points to keep in mind - do yourself a favor and ask for the advise of the staff, (too many toppings can break the balance here and leave you less than satisfied), give it time to bake and plan ahead (good things come to those who wait), and for goodness sake get a tried and true brew to go with, (now is not the time for experimentation)!”

Try to tell him 23.00 was not right when one of the subs were free. He insisted he was correct! So a the end of our meal we went and revisited him only to find out we were correct instead of 23.00 it cost us 12.00. Double check what you are being charged even if they insist they are right.”

“Went to The Cheesecake Factory the other day because we hadn't been there in awhile. We were impressed with the menu choices that they have now. Took us awhile to decide what to order. We had the stuffed mushrooms for our appetizer which were really tasty. Me and my husband had the crispy chicken costoletta which was served with asparagus and red mashed potatoes. We both enjoyed this dish. We also took desserts home with us, order the red velvet cheesecake and the strawberry shortcake. Both were excellent. We will definitely be going back again.
