“I became a coffee snob after having worked in it for a long time and I eventually just stopped getting coffee out due to price and wild inconsistencies in drink quality and build. However, I came across Ziggi's and it has quickly become my coffee stop when I don't make my own. I've been going for several months at this point and have never received a drink that didn't taste good. They're also fast and friendly. I would prefer Ziggi's over any of the other mega chains.”

There is an employee named Penn who is so nice and always remembers my order and asks me how my day is going - Starbucks you have an awesome employee there, time for a raise for her I think!! “This Starbucks serves the same great coffee; however, it’s not a great place to do meetings, meet others or relax. This is more of a get your coffee and go type of Starbucks and not very community centric. The location is easy to get in and out of. There is plenty of parking. The speaker system is really loud both inside and on the patio.”

“I had seen this place multiple times and always large crowds outside waiting to be seated. My daughter and I went to test it out and surprisingly we were the only ones inside the restaurant at the time 😂 When we got seated, our waitress told us they were out of multiple items on the menu and its a very slim amount of options to pick from. I ended up picking the chicken and waffles, after 2 other orders I wanted were not available. I have no complaints with the meal, it was great! My daughters meal could easily be an adult meal. She couldn’t finish half of it, but we took the rest home and saved it for another day. She enjoyed her meal and did not have any complaints for the food. Overall everything was good, I do wish the whole menu was available at the time so I could have eaten something I really wanted instead of settling. Update 7/9/22: Remains at 4 stars, arrived and seated quickly with no wait. Ordered food and had to wait approximately 40 minutes. Restaurant was at roughly 25% capacity and seemed as if it took awhile for the food this time. When food arrived, quality was great 👍🏾”

“This Starbucks has some of the friendliest employees on the planet. Through the pandemic, those working the drive thru cashier to the person working the window, they simply are the best at customer service. There's allot of businesses that could learn from them as to what good customer service looks like. I know their training comes from the store manager so he/she needs to be commended on hiring these great employees who act like they really care about you as a customer. The quality of the products speak for themselves, but this location not only has that, but quality employees!”

“It was a delightful alternative to fast food. They have a bunch of baked goods out front while their meals taste fresh and healthy. I tried both I would really recommend the sandwiches there they were simply awesome. The baked sweets are a bit expensive and their sandwiches by themselves cost about ten dollars a piece no meal. Really worth it when you taste the freshness that they offer.”

“I normally order through the drive through at this location and today and I ordered a sandwich and a croissant as well as a 4 drinks. I was informed that their ovens were offline and weren’t able to cook or heat anything. They then told me that they are still offering the food and I can heat them at home. I asked if I can have a discount for the inconvenience and they refused stating that I was buying the cold food at my own discretion. After I paid, they then asked for my card again to refund me for the sandwich because they were out. For a company that sells overpriced food and drinks I find it hard to believe can’t offer a small discount when their appliances shut down or when they constantly run out of items. Starbucks makes too much money not to make it up to their customers. I could have left and spent my $30 at a different location that had their store in order. A little courtesy doesn’t hurt anybody.”

“I love this Starbucks, its the one i always go to. Today I came in with my kids and they wanted to test "life hacks" for Starbucks, on YouTube. There hacks weren't accurate and they were having a hard time explaining what they wanted. The employee could see that we were trying to save money and she told us a way that we could get 5 drinks for 10 dollars. She was patient and polite and I am very grateful for that. Definitely recommend this Starbucks.”

“Stopped in to purchase Arizona gift mugs for out of state family. The gentleman behind the counter greeted me cheerfully! When he noticed I was hunting for something on the gift shelves, he came out from behind the counter to help me find what I wanted. My visit was near Veteran's day and the store had the most beautiful and respectful display honoring our military. This was especially heart warming. “Super fun experience with my family. We were fresh learners and all got the hang of it before we left. They also have games for the kids as well as food. Music playing and fun small events by the dj and their own mascot. The building is handicap accessible as well.”
