“Always extremely good service no matter what time of day you go. The employees are generally very excited to be there, but when I go there they are bored and usually cleaning. I have a thing for the number 2, the jersey special, I would never order anything else. This location could probably have a more stable set of employees, there's usually a different crew working every week when I go there. I understand it's a fast food restaurant and they probably have a hard time keeping people but it sure would be nice to see the same face more than once. Perhaps they treat employees poorly, but the food is spectacular. Overall great service fantastic food that you can't get anywhere else nearby.”

“Fast and courteous service. Really good sauce and chicken. Only negative, no matter which size chicken fingers order you get, they only give you one container of sauce, which is never enough for a 3 OR 4 piece meal. Any additional, you have to pay extra for. I understand trying to keep costs down, but this just says "cheapskate" when you can't get an extra container of sauce after spending $7-$8 on your meal. Won't return, no matter how good they are. I like feeling as though my business is valued. This doesn't cut it for me.”

“I'm from N.Y. but have lived in the Valley since 1974. Pizza is not the best here though there are a few and Papa Murphy's is one of them at a reasonable price. The concept of baking it yourself is a winner. Hot out of the oven with no mess is fabulous. They don't skimp on ingredients and if they added ricotta to the list, I would be exstatic. “Food is typically good, customer service is above average, but the facility is starting to show its age. I always switch up my order, and most often am happy ... until my last visit when they went skimpy on the meet for my club sandwich and the clam chowder was watery. I enjoy sitting on the patio, but during my last visit was noticing that the tables, chairs, and building are looking worn and in need of maintenance. I am hoping this is resolved, since we would hate to see this location go the way of many other Dana Park restaurants.”

“Normally this place is a 4-5 star place. This time not so much, because of the NEW Five-Cheese Mac and cheese. It was like an off brand instant Mac and cheese. All you could taste was the liquid White cheddar flavor. There was not cheese in the Mac. The bread crumbs was added after they heated up the Mac and cheese . Texture was bad. With Firehouse subs being on the upper end of price they failed on this one. Service was great and their Italin sub was awesome . Disappointed in the NEW item.”

“Here with my son tonight, the place is packed and cs is top notch, things I notice is the cleanliness, organization, and communication between co-workers. “I I think that their Pizza is super delicious now, no complaints there. They're also very quick and nice at this location. However, if you use the app, their point system is pretty frustrating. It's forces you to spend more than $10 in order to earn points towards a pizza and anything under $10 pre-tax doesn't count. That doesn't make sense to me. If they're going to have a rewards system at all they should award all customer loyalty, no matter how small.”

“Went here for the first time today for a late lunch. The lady at the counter was very friendly and caring. I ordered a California burger. It was made fresh and I was out of there quickly. Drove back to my office and the fries were thick, with the right amount of crunch. They tasted like real potatoes and no added salt, which is what I prefer. The burger was delicious. I will definitely return. Sure, there are great burger joints like Five Guys and Smash Burger, but those are chains. Haven Burger is "Mom and Pop" business. I will definitely be back to sample their other burgers!”
