“Asked if they had any low salt menu items. Guess what they don't know! Husband ordered BBQ chicken strips came with fries and a biscuit. The fries were overcooked so much that they were hollow inside. The chicken strips were over cooked the BBQ taste wasn't even there. The biscuit was as hard as a rock. I ordered a chicken taco it was okay. This was a combination KFC taco Bell restaurant.”

“After visiting my mother in law at the hospital a. Un h of us went out looking for a dinner that we could enjoy together. Since we now live out of town there is a lot that has changed that we wanted see, and P83 seemed interesting enough so we headed out that way. What we had no accounted for was that everyone who is in town for spring training was also going to be at P83 for dinner. Since we did not want to wait an hour plus just to be seated we took off and looked for another option. Pizza was the easy winner and Ballpark Pizza was right on our way. We got a large pizza and some spicy wings which were prepared quickly. Everything was delicious and we have a good time catching-up with each other and enjoying the great food. We likely got in here either just before or after a rush, and it looks like they are used to expertly handling crowds. Everyone in the group agreed that, given the opportunity, we would eat here again. Give it a try and I am sure you will be happy too.”

“The service has gone down. Where I normally would give them 5 stars after today’s visit I would give them 2 stars, but I love the food so I’ll give a 3. They have a new policy that they will not accept a credit card if the chip malfunctions even if you have id and sign the slip. The manager said that if it was a phone order they would make an imprint of the card at pick up, but he couldn’t make an imprint because I was in the store. The manager stated they would rather throw away the food and lose a sale than swipe the card. In the end I paid with my husband’s card that did not have my name in it and they never asked for id. I can’t understand how it is better the throw away the food and because the chip malfunctions but you will take someone else’s card and not ask for id. The manager stated he would not swipe my card cause I could deny the purchase. I wonder how he would feel if my husband whom never entered the building disputed the charges. My morals won’t allow me stoop that low but I think that is a made up policy that match the attitude of the staff. The staff treated the 10 customers that were in line like we were bothering them.”

“I haven't been here in months. I stopped coming here because the service was always terrible. Since it's been so long, I figured maybe there would be different people working here and maybe it would be a little better, so I gave them another try. Unfortunately, not much has changed. The worker took my order at the drive up station and repeated it back, but when I got to the window to pay, I asked her to confirm my order and it was wrong. The reason I rated a 3 is because the worker was very nice and had a great personality. She also told us to keep the sandwich that was wrong and she made the correct one and we were on our way. We got home and realized that we didn't get our drink! Yes, we should have caught that before we drove away, but the worker also should have caught it. Anyway, I went back and they apologized and upside the drink from a medium to a large, to compensate for the inconvenience. So, sadly, I probably won't be returning here, the only thing that's changed here is they actually have a worker with a great personality and really a people person, but they still can't get things right. I go to fast food places because it's fast and convenient. If you are looking for fast and convenient, this is not your place.”
