Hillstone Restaurant

Were back In Phoenix after several years and, when in the States, always look for a Hillstone. Made reservations (pretty much a must). It was hopping. There is a really great vibe here, and it is modern and trendy. The bar area is always packed. We started out with their spinach and artichoke dip. Very good. We would never not order this. Their tostitos are very obviously freshly baked. I ordered the cheeseburger with their coleslaw. Their burgers are so large and loaded up with fresh condiments, I have to take the bun off and eat it with a knife and fork. So delicious.

Great menu and the food was excellent. Ambiance and environment are casual but sophisticated. Service was white glove and top notch. Loved it!

What can I say about the Hillstone, its only my favorite restaurant in the city. Sushi is out of this world. The ribs fall off the bone before they get to your face. The atmosphere just buzzes with electricity. It's just the best.

A great place for lunch or dinner. There are a couple of downsides to be aware of before you go. First, the full menu is only served inside and not on the patio. Second, it is VERY popular so anticipate a bit of a wait. The staff is great and the environment is cozy and welcoming. The food and drinks are always good.

Hands down the best sushi in town. I love trying new sushi places around the valley but I get pulled back to Hillstone time and time again.

Started with the spinach-artichoke dip, served with warm chips and fresh made salsa.

The pressed sushi is so unique and delicious you can't find something comparable anywhere. The salad dressing it comes with it light and perfectly compliments the hand cut slaw-salad.
