The Capital Grille

One of the best dining experiences I have ever had. Food was phenomenal. Our waiter Rocco was awesome! Fast. Attentive. Well worth it!

Brought my fiancé here to celebrate his birthday. What can I say, we’ve been to most of the high end restaurants in the valley, but this was our first time visiting The Capital Grille, and wow was it a great experience! Each course was fantastic, from the lobster bisque through dessert (don’t skip the cheesecake). But the best part of the experience was our server, Ricky, he was helpful in selecting menu items, polite, friendly, and he went above and beyond to make our evening extra special. We will be returning, and we know exactly who to request!

We have eaten at a number of Capital Grille restaurants in various cities throughout the country. You expect, and they deliver, excellent food and service each time. Both my friends and I had steak and they were both cooked to perfection. The wine list was excellent and the whole restaurant Stef, from when you walked through the door until you left, were on their game and delivering excellent service. I don’t know who manages this particular capital Grille but whoever it is should get a raise!

Wonderful service and an incredible menu! Just celebrated my birthday there. My girlfriend made the reservation and we were welcomed with a birthday card and confetti at our table. Also, we were seated in a low traffic more intimate area. The complimentary birthday dessert was one of their best dessert items, not just a "freebie". The attention to detail makes the experience. Very expensive, but the quality in service and food makes it well worth it.

Always a great experience. Impeccable service and great food. I stepped out of my comfort zone and got the seared tuna instead of their always delicious steaks. I was not disappointed! I took the waiter's recommendation and had it very rare. It literally melted in my mouth like butter. The white soy dipping sauce was to die for. Also had the cast iron shrimp as an appetizer...so full of flavor! We only go here about once a year and it is always worth it!
