    Very good sandwich and soup. The soup portion could be a little larger but overall great taste

    Sandwich was good, but was made wrong. Salad probably would have been good if i was given the dressing for it. I came in during a busy time so I guess I can understand being forgetful. Still a little bit of a waste of a walk for me.

    Place is small and packed at lunch probably because the food is so good but the prices are high which is to be expected downtown. Unlike most sandwich shops they don't skimp on the fresh ingredients. The bacon on my sandwhich was too die for and the pot pie soup hit the spot on a cold day. Would recommend.

    The sandwiches here a great! My first pot belly was in Chicago Illinois, and I'm happy to see them here in Phoenix too. My favorite is the Italian with a lot of mayo, but they have plenty of other selections too if that's not your thing. #potbelly #sandwich #troyh

    I've only tried their soup but I have to say that it was served nice and hot whilst being rich, creamy and full of hearty veg. Can't wait to try their sandwiches. Thank you Potbelly staff. The GM Jason is a super friendly lad who is always up for a conversation. There is also two girls(Shy and Argelia) on their staff who are super bubbly and friendly at all times.
    Definitely a go to!
