Portillo's Queen Creek

First time trying Portillos. You should have an idea of what you want before you get there. After we sat down I seen sign about getting a combo. You walk in and there is a line to order. The staff is really nice. It was pretty busy. Very clean, employees were cleaning tables as soon as people were leaving them. I got the Maxwell polish dog, it was a little charred I definitely needed more mustard. The onion rings were amazing!! My hunny got a jumbo Chicago dog, which the regular must be tiny! He also said needed more mustard and onion. We thought he got a regular it didn't seem jumbo. Limited time only chocolate covered strawberry shake was very good!!! The atmosphere is loud, more like a sports bar,they do serve alcohol. Lots of things to look at. Also there is outdoor seating. There is a lot going on in this place. There is a separate ordering area for catering too.

The food was better than anticipated, yet the chili was below expectations given the buildup. The atmosphere was clean and fun. Service was average. Which brings me to my final thought. Although they have astetics and memorabilia dedicated to American historical periods and flags stating they support those who protect and serve this country in so many different ways, they do not offer military or law enforcement discounts. Sad.

This was my first time visiting here and I am glad that I came. I ended up getting the beef and sausage sandwich. It was tasty and had great flavor. The bun did end up getting soggy, but with how juicy the meat was, I had expected that. I look forward to returning and trying more items on the menu.

Very noisy inside. Worker was shouting oder numbers into the PA and was hard to understand. I had a hamburger, had a nice charbroiled flavor. Large serving size. Sadly the burger was very dry. Fries were very soft, seemed to be cooked but not crisp. Polish sausage was decent.

Went to the soft opening of Portillos and it was nothing short of Amazing! Staff was courteous, welcoming, and eager to help. The location is perfectly placed with easy access. The food came out pretty quick through a packed drive thru and it was still extremely fresh. Premium burger is an understatement, as it was loaded with fresh veggies and had a perfectly seasoned patty. Definitely a must visit when you're in Queen Creek and looking for fresh food, fast!
