“Original Pretzel was pretty good, Pretzel bites not so much, definitely order the Pretzel over the bites. Sauce was a complete rip off, tiny little container for 1.95 each, what a joke. Pizza sauce was bland, cheese sauce was not technically a sauce, cheese paste. Interior is lame.”

“Let me start off by saying I am a BoSa super fan. I LOVE BoSa donuts. So I was SO HAPPY when I saw that there was a new location near my house!! I stopped by this morning with my 3 year old to grab some donuts and coffee to surprise my husband with. The staff was super friendly and fast, we were in and out in 10 minutes or less. The staff made friends with my 3 year old while we paid (which will always win me over, I love when people acknowledge and include my children). The donuts are of course delicious, we got a half dozen mixed (apple fritters, old fashioned, maple log and blueberry cake donuts), a dozen donuts holes and two iced coffees. There is a ton of seating and everything is organized and clean, which isn't always the case for BoSa's. We will be back very soon! ❤️”

“First of all, their app never works correctly, and their iced coffee drinks were only $2 from 1400-1800. The app showed a different price. Their workers from day one, never seem to get my order correct nor are trained properly on how to change the price utilizing the app and on the register. I wanted to use the app to gain reward points, as anyone would. The cashier at the window seemed annoyed and expected me to not utilize the app, and deal with it as if I was causing a problem. She got someone else to assist me and answer my questions. ...I asked for the receipt, and as we drove through the drive-thru, my daughter checked the bag, and we were missing an item and I had to park. As I was about to give her the receipt to walk in and get the item, I checked it, and I was given the wrong receipt. It was for one large coffee. I paid for 5 items, so we had no proof on what I paid for. She walked in anyway, and was given the missing item with no problem. The cashiers were not very pleasant nor personable. They always seem so rushed and uptight. Hence the reason I drive a few extra miles to the other location, plus they make the iced coffee drinks better.”

“Let me tell you the French toast for breakfast with the cinnamon roll bread, strawberries, caramel sauce, and whipped cream are decadent! But this sugar cookie pictured is thick, dry, and flavorless frosting. We got it and it was so cute, but tasted day old. What we expected was not how it tasted for $2 a piece. Love this place for breakfast and bread, but not for cookies.”

“Well... I will have to give props to the group of young people working there this morning.. 4/9/19. I walked in and they were busting their butts. I placed my order.. and while I was waiting they ran out of ice.. Ice machine stopped working and theres NO MANAGER how is there no manager? Faulty equipment and a bunch of young people carrying the weight of someone ABOVE THEIR PAY SCALE. They all deserve recognition and a raise or bonus. The 5 stars is for them. Not for the manager .”

“So good! We took our whole family of 6 here and everyone very much enjoyed their treats. I personally ordered the coffee one with some health bar and chocolate sauce. It was quite rich, so I am thankful that I ordered the smallest size cup. The atmosphere was pleasant and clean. They even had a bathroom so the littles could wash their sticky hands afterwards. It was a little pricey, but it is a nice treat.”
