“I've been having issues with orders at Starbucks being off, so the other day when I was in an extreme hurry, I tried the "order ahead on the app" and was pleasantly surprised when I got to the drive up that my drink was ready and it tasted like it was supposed to. It may have even been a 5 star occasion, but then I remembered that getting an order correct is what they are supposed to do all the time. I have high hopes for this location and will definitely be back. Who knows, if they keep doing right, 5 stars will be the new normal.”

“The wait staff at Over Easy were excellent. Our waitress was very friendly and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and served correctly. She made sure I got extra potatoes with out additional charge and kept our coffee cups full. The down side to this restaurant is the noise. It is a typical strip mall restaurant with absolutely no ambiance. It is difficult to carry on a conversation and extremely uncomfortable. The coffee was great, bold and rich. The potatoes were cooked perfectly, but the omelette was tough and over cooked. Sourdough toast was good even tho only one slice was served. We do not intend to return, but if it was in its own restaurant building set alone, we would.”

“Every time I come into this location (which is every night-early morning), I get smiles and a how are you. They know me by name, and sometimes if they're not busy they know what I'm getting and even get it for me. I truly appreciate it. But my only complaint would be that sometimes they don't always have the products I'm coming in for. But I recommend this location over all. Very nice and clean. “First of all, their app never works correctly, and their iced coffee drinks were only $2 from 1400-1800. The app showed a different price. Their workers from day one, never seem to get my order correct nor are trained properly on how to change the price utilizing the app and on the register. I wanted to use the app to gain reward points, as anyone would. The cashier at the window seemed annoyed and expected me to not utilize the app, and deal with it as if I was causing a problem. She got someone else to assist me and answer my questions. ...I asked for the receipt, and as we drove through the drive-thru, my daughter checked the bag, and we were missing an item and I had to park. As I was about to give her the receipt to walk in and get the item, I checked it, and I was given the wrong receipt. It was for one large coffee. I paid for 5 items, so we had no proof on what I paid for. She walked in anyway, and was given the missing item with no problem. The cashiers were not very pleasant nor personable. They always seem so rushed and uptight. Hence the reason I drive a few extra miles to the other location, plus they make the iced coffee drinks better.”

“Well... I will have to give props to the group of young people working there this morning.. 4/9/19. I walked in and they were busting their butts. I placed my order.. and while I was waiting they ran out of ice.. Ice machine stopped working and theres NO MANAGER how is there no manager? Faulty equipment and a bunch of young people carrying the weight of someone ABOVE THEIR PAY SCALE. They all deserve recognition and a raise or bonus. The 5 stars is for them. Not for the manager .”
