One of my absolute favorite spots in the East Valley is Cotton and Cooper - by far! I could honestly come here everyday and be completely satisfied. This sounds crazy, but the moment you walk in you feel transported to a speakeasy/prohibition era, and you instantly feel cool. The entire staff is chill, nice and experienced to make tasty and unique cocktails or amazing classics. There is a great vibe and selection of different spirits, especially whiskey!

This place was well over my expectations. The food was amazing. I tried the corn dumpling and bison medallions with veggies. They were super tasty. It's a smaller space but they make the most of if. Drinks are good as well, great selection. Staff are very knowledgeable and great at recommending items. Will definitely be back!

Great to have such a cool bar/restaurant in town. Super selection of cocktails, wines, and beer. Not the largest selection of wines and beer - I think they have gone for quality rather than quantity, but the wines and beer I have tested were excellent. They even have a dry cider that my wife is happy about.
The entrees and starters are very creatively put together and the ones I have tested taste wonderful. Kudos to the chefs.

Overall great atmosphere, food, and drinks

So far, only tried their dessert, but it was so freaking good. Apparently they feature different pies at different times, and the one I sampled was a beautiful chocolate freezer box pie with a short, buttery crust, wild blueberries and the loveliest berry sauce. The location is intimate with warm lighting and a rustic and trendy vibe. It also looks like it has a great bar! A little tricky to find as the sign is not terribly obvious, but that's part of the fun. I'll definitely return to try their actual menu, though I'd go again just for pie and atmosphere!

Really looking forward to going back to Cotton & Copper. The chips they offer as an appetizer are one of my most favorite things in life right now. Seriously, so good. The atmosphere is awesome and the service is wonderful. Great gluten free options.
