I asked them what they would recommend, I did not regret it. It was an iced coffee beverage that tastes like non-alcoholic Kahlua topped with whipped cream and a chocolate covered espresso bean. “This was some authentic Chinese cuisine. The hot and sour soup had capsaicin spice where it does not burn your mouth but makes you sweat after eating it. The General Tso was perfectly breaded, not too crunchy but not light and the sauce also had that perfect heat to it. Tried the osmanthus tea to step out of my comfort zone. It was sweet and mostly just jelly so not really a tea.”

“Atmosphere: Decent space for sitting. There is outdoor and indoor seating. The bathroom is sealed off for now though. Cost: average for a Bosa Donut shop. Drinks are cheap when compared to actual boba shops. What I got: a rose tea of some sort (included toppings) and a Thai tea. Taste: Thai tea was delicious. This place is a hit and miss kind of place but it is usually pretty good for Thai Tea. The Rose tea was a gamble and it turned out pretty good. Also cheap prices for these two drinks so I was happy. Would I come back: Of Course! This is usually my go-to for midnight snacks. The have pretty good donut holes when you’re lucky. They recently changed management or remodeled so I was hesitant on the quality but it is still great! Speak loud for the worker if you’re wearing a mask because it’s hard for them to hear and you don’t want your order to be wrong.”

The store hours are broader than most locations I've seen, a 3:30am start most days, though when I was in on Labor Day weekend, their hours were reduced. “A perfect “un-birthday” surprise for my mom! Everyone was so helpful in working around dietary restrictions and everything on our tray was incredible. Her favorite was the chickpea salad sandwich: a tantalizing savory treat on soda bread topped with fresh grapes. And the meringue mushrooms were the best meringues either of us have ever had. The atmosphere here is unlike anything else! You truly feel like you have stepped into Wonderland. She also loved the Apricot Peach tea so much that I bought her a bag to take home. Love love love this place so much and I’m definitely looking forward to my next visit!”

“This is really a neat little place that I had no idea existed. There's actually a couple businesses inside of Singh Farms. What has happened is that Singh Farms has leased a portion of the golf course that exists inside the Indian Bend wash from the city of Tempe that Tempe abandoned. So there is several acres of nice golf ready tiff grass area in the wash that can be used for a variety of events car shows etc. The Barking Bodega has leased a portion of those grassy areas for a private dog park. And have opened up a small restaurant and pub catering to higher end better quality sandwiches beer and wine. The nice part is you can sit out next to the grass eat your food, beer or wine and have your dog playing in the grass nearby.”

“Still one of my favorite indie coffee ☕️ houses in the Valley. Quality is still rock solid. However maybe Covid has impacted staffing or foot traffic. For now at Skywater no hot food prep. You can get pastry and limited cold prep nibbles. This location shuttered for a while during the height of the Omicron surge. Rumors afoot that staff was impacted and Press couldn't hire additional staff. Hope that biz will rebound. Please Buy Locally! We need quality versus quantity!”
