“Server was rude, rushing us when there was no line, mumbling and not talking clearly (seem like she was doing it on purpose). Stingy on quantity, served a ton of rice and hardly any on the entrees. One item I ordered had to be made (just ran out) and no one ever brought it to my table when it was done. I had to go back up to counter and ask for it. Only saving grace, is the food is good and fresh. It's a bummer that service is crummy and servings are getting so tiny, not sure how soon I'll even be back (if at all).”

“Came here today with a couple of friends for lunch. Overall it was a good experience. I like that they have the option to self serve, and order via the kiosks instead of walking up to the counter. I ordered a Cobb salad and grilled cheese. The salad was delicious!! However the grilled cheese was really disappointing. It’s just cheese and bread so my expectations weren’t very high. But the bread was soggy, the cheese (there was very little of it) seemed as though it wasn’t melted all the way. I like my grilled cheese crispy and melted. This seemed like someone sprinkled some cheese on the bread and threw it in the microwave for 2 minutes. We will most likely be back, but probably won’t get another sandwich.”

“This place has been constantly good over the years. Kind staff that can work the lines quickly. Very clean inside and the staff are constantly wiping things down, cleaning their area and washing their hands. I'm actually really impresses with the hygiene. You can always tell food standards by the produce, and the lettuce is always crisp and onions fresh and not bleeding. My last visit was above and beyond when the manager Brain helped me. Kudos.”

“A breakfast and lunch place. My wife and I had breakfast there. In my opinion, they are trying to be an up scale breakfast and lunch place, but not succeeding. It tasted like, by over seasoning, you add more flavor. This not the case here. Breakfast is basic food. The food you order should taste like the food you ordered. Elevating the flavor doen't mean adding extra spices, but in technique in cooking. Spices are used to complement the food, not over power it. Other than that, the service was good and accommodating. Will my wife and I ever go back? Most likely not.”

“What used to be the best panda I've personally visited in the Valley is now the worst. The restaurant is poorly managed. It's dirty, ordering is always slow and the sides are always empty most of the time not prefilled prior to opening. Also in the last month or so, I've walked up to the store being closed 30-60 minutes after its posted opening time for the forth time this month. Edit: 4 months later, they are still having trouble opening the restaurant. I went by yesterday at 10:25 am and it was closed. Edit: I've noticed a positive change in customer service and foot being ready. I'm happy this Panda is being turned around.”
