Colonel Mustard Hot Dogs

Vintage style eatery with great throwbacks to the history of Rt 66. Friendly staff & fantastically flavorful food. Had the Italian Beef sandwich & Italian sub, both delicious. Would definitely stop by again should I be in Holbrook.

If you're driving down the freeway thinking about something for lunch, don't even think about the usual fare and stop in at the Colonel's. They're using the best quality ingredients I've seen any restaurant use in years. I don't remember the last time I've had onion rings so good! You have a taste for Chicago? Then go find somebody who is from Chicago! My favorite is a toss-up between the Italian sub and the Polish dog. The sub is a big sandwich, very filling and super tasty, while the Polish is fantastic but more of something to keep you moving in the mid-day. I just had the Italian sub, I'm going to go take a nap now. 😁 😋

First time visit to this retro-styled Chicago hot dog joint. The homemade Italian beef was spot-on with great spicy giardiniera. Awesome natural-casing Vienna Beef hotdogs on poppyseed buns. Clean and fun remake of a historic Richfield service station. Will definitely return!

I drove by this place a few times and finally went and tried it today.

The sandwiches were much bigger than I thought they would be! My wife and I had the Italian beef and the Italian Sub.

So FREAKING GOOD! I'm not sure I've ever had a better Italian Sub to be honest.

I'm so happy we've got such an awesome local place to get some good eats.

Definitely going in the regular lineup for our family.

Amazing fries! The hotdogs were great, too. There is seating available inside or outside. Personally, I enjoyed sitting outside.
