Increasingly my go-to for a meal in the downtown. While other restaurants can be crowded and noisy the Cafe is divided into numerous spaces giving a sense of intimacy. The food is eclectic Southwest and well prepared. Excellent coffee, good breakfasts and always a strong selection of desserts. Professional servers; not a place to try to rush a meal. Great garden area for the summer months. Affordable parking across the street and easy access to the freeway.

Sampled the mixed berry buttermilk cake during one of the bridal fairs and instantly fell in love with its divine flavor. Scheduled a cake tasting for our wedding and my husband too was an instant fan, and he does not do sweets. Our wedding cake was a hit on our big day! The plan was to have our guests enjoy it all. We didn't save any of it because there was nothing left to save. Everyone loved it and if they didn't, I went around and ate their slice too because it just was that delicious. We added a lemon jam to one tier and a raspberry to another and left the original flavor to the top. I absolutely love the fact that I can stop in Cafe a la C'Art and have a slice of my wedding cake at any time.

We had the appetizer specials... hummus and crab cakes! They were absolutely amazing. Another friend got the mussels and they were fantastic. The atmosphere is charming and artistic. Will definitely return to try other items on the menu. Waitress seemed rushed, as she came to our table 3 times to ask if we were ready before we made it through the happy hour menu.

The best brunch we've had in recent memory. Salmon cake Bennie was to die for, but the Lemon Poppyseed waffles with the ricotta and berry compote? Somehow even better. Great vibe in the shaded outside patio too. Will be back, and soon.

This fantastic Cafe is located in the courtyard of the Tucson Museum of Art. There was special pricing for the appetizers on the Thursday that we visited. Since we were going to the museum afterwards, it made perfect sense to stop in for a bite first. A charming entrance right beside the museum led to a delightful surprise of a choice of eating inside or on the patio. We chose the patio. The photos tell the story of the care this establishment gives to food selection and presentation. I'd highly recommend this if you are visiting the area, am sure the locals will share this gem.
