Was here 2 years ago and thought it good but not great, but went back recently and was wowed. Had the chicken tamales and they were so delicious - a perfect balance of masa to chicken, and so light. A friend had the fajitas and said they were the best he’s ever had. We started off with good margaritas and a cheese crispy which was also the best I’ve had. The historical atmosphere adds to the experience. Service was good. Highly recommend it.

I am from Texas and I love Tex-Mex style foods. So when I am at a location that serves Mexican cuisine I am always cations of what I order. Sometimes it can come off as a little bit bland and flavorless when you compare it to something you are accustomed to that has that Tex-Mex flare to it. All in all, this place was really good. The food was great, the salsa was amazing and the chips where crisp. The staff were kind and the service was very fast. I would stop in and eat here again.

The food is very good, a little pricey, but the food is definitely worth it. The room is dimly lit, but cozy and good for a romantic meal. The staff was very friendly and helpful with deciphering the Mexican dishes. Probably one of the best burritos I've ever had!
