This is one of the most authentic Chinese restaurants you will find in the United States.

The owners are delightful people too.

Look past the simple ambiance and service to some of the most delicious Chinese food you will ever have the opportunity to taste!

My only critique is that some of the dishes can be a bit on the salty side.

Ordered 红烧牛肉面 (braised beef noddles in soup). Beef and noodles were very good, and noodles are handmade. Nice owners, but you'll have an easier time ordering in Mandarin Chinese rather than English.

Massive portions - Excellent food! Xian Oil Splashing Noodles are the best thing on the menu! Do yourself a favor and order it next time.. you won't be disappointed. The Hot and Sour soup was good as well as the beef and egg! Love this place!

We ordered chicken wings and hot sauce with fish and beef .i loved the fish and beef in sauce rather than the chicken wings .Same problem as original cuisine , chicken wings are too dry , however it tastes spicy and flavorful ! And the fish and beef in hot sauce , they put bean sprouts underneath but not cabbage as usual which is good ! One problem is that, the ac isn‘t strong enough , I feel hot and sweating while having those spicy dishes ...

10 out of 10 would recommend!!! One of my two favorite (Jun Dynasty) Chinese restaurants in Tucson! If your looking for noodles this is the place to go though! Ive only been here four times now, but have never had a bad meal and always been more than happy! If you've passed by and thought about stopping in.... you most definitely should! Truly is my new favorite spot in Tucson.
FYI you just walk up to the fridge and grab your own drinks. No need to ask for them to grab it for you!
