Great food never goes out of style. This is a Tucson staple with the same owner and amazing quality food for almost 3 decades! It's a must try.
Most authentic and by far the best in town. Takes a little more time but well worth it. From the outside it looks bad but get inside and enjoy.
Freshest and most authentic sushi in Tucson. Don’t come here expecting deep fried American style sushi. Sushi was my favorite food when I lived on the east coast but I pretty much hated all sushi here until I tried this place. It’s not cheap but it’s worth it to enjoy high-quality fish in the desert. Even the little salad and miso soup they give you with entrees are really good and taste so fresh.
The sushi was so fresh. A quaint, delicate room with an amazing sushi chef. They have specific hours but do amazing work. The hostess was very prompt. The room was very clean and comfortable. Pricing is perfect for the quality of the food. I hope to get a spot near the sushi chef to watch him create his art.
I came to shar e Punjab long time ago and saw Yamamoto but didn’t come here cuz I thought it looked like a hole in the wall type and didn’t want to chance a bad raw seafood. But I came finally and the sashimi and the spicy raw scallop nigiri was good. I’ve had the best sushi and know what is good and bad and it is rare to have good sushi... the chef appears to be authentic and would come again.
