Starbucks

Remodeling when we stopped by. Mobile order. Did not mention construction on the app. We were traveling. Our kids could not use the bathroom because the lobby was being remodeled. Our coffee was cold. They graciously made a new cup. Service is always on point at Starbucks. This one was just a communication breakdown.

Got out of car and went up to door and it wouldnt open. So I walked around to the other door. It was only then, when I opened THAT door, that I found the lobby is closed and they have a mobile order table set up right there. You can't see the signs on either door unless you know to look for them, because they are green, dark and pretty much invisible from the outside... unless you are looking for an 'information' sign.

Make signs noticeable, and give a warning for those of us ordering in the app or at drive thru. I think we all deserve to know why the lobby is closed since we are all there to order coffee or food.
