“Might be my new favorite pizza spot in Tucson. What I love about this spot is that it does not rely on any gimmicks or claims about its food, rather they offer simple items without trying so hard like other restaurants. If you like your pizza with a crunch and a close to perfect ratio of cheese and sauce, this is the right place. Though the prices may be a little higher than other places in Tucson, the taste makes it well deserved. I didn't have to wait long for our food to be ready (I ordered the Gyro + Fries and a Pepperoni slice) Both items came out quickly and remained hot for quite some time. I liked it so much, I even ordered another slice to go and that slice tasted just as good as the first. The gyro itself tasted great with fresh toppings and the right amount of Tzatziki sauce. They definitely were not stingy on that, If I lived in the neighborhood, I might be visiting this place on a weekly basis. Can't wait to go back and try other items on the menu.”

I tip well for a special set of instructions following the delivery and they cant seem to get it right, I've ever had one person do it right. It's not hard. Don't knock... please don't ring doorbell. Like I played already just leave the food. I don't need face to face contact. It doesn't even have to do with the virus. I have a baby sleeping and loud dogs. “Went with a large workgroup the place was already packed. With everything that was going in it took quite some time to get our food, that being said they did it to the best of their ability. The customer service was very good considering the fact that they had a line with about 50 people standing there waiting to order. They quickly took down all the orders and did what they could to get it all out as fast and courteous as possible. They did a really good job.”

“Just ordered a pizza with a coupon and a 2 liter. With the coupon and the 2 liter it should have been 21.00 before taxes and delivery charge with tax it should have been around 27.00 and they changed me 32.00 and the manager refused to fix it. I’m a very regular customer. She said she ran it for 27 and change but the text alert from the transaction shows 32.58. I partially retract some of this. Delivery driver showed up who has delivered to me often, I showed him the transaction text alert and they refunded my money for the entire order”

I placed a pretty decent order three days ago I had a eggplant Parmesan sandwich french fries a slice of pizza and garlic toast I asked them to not over cook it which they did not and the food was phenomenal! “I like firehouse in general and Ive been to locations all across the south US from Florida to Arizona and for some reason this one in Tucson Arizona has the best tasting, freshest sandwiches I have ever gotten from a Firehouse Subs. They never have a line and I am always in and out fast. My orders are correct even on large family orders, so whatever they have going on, all other sandwich places take notes because this Firehouse Subs location does it right consistently.
