“Love the new place better over the old one near i10. Having some problems with my reward card app. For past two days I haven't gotten my rewards points my points haven't been showing. So I call circle k help center for help. They said I had few others I didn't knew about they linked all of them together. But that's not the kick the circle k app logged me out. On the reward card I have now. I tryed to logged back in to it with the reward card I have. doesn't work it doesn't under stand my password. I tryed to send to my email that doesn't work I renew it the reward app sucks need a new card now lost all my points.”

“This McDonald's is clean and nice looking (obviously newly updated) with an amazing mountain view. The service is quick and very friendly. The two huge downfalls are regarding the playplace: there are only six tables for families which is inadequate and an exit is placed within the children's area, whereasof the other ones have these as emergency doors only for the safety of the children. I would highly recommend altering this.”

Monday's incident will not influence me to not go but it was a tad disheartening. I do expect businesses to advertise accurate pricing. Customer service has always been great as it was yesterday. I really enjoy the happy hour in the morning because I dropped my sister off at the bus stop by Udall park and I'm able to swing by twice week since I no longer live in the area. as I'm sure you can see from the pictures attached, it is very misleading that a small extreme is $4.95, but the receipt shows 6.20 with tax. When I inquired about it it was explained that although secret powder is included in the 4.95 price it's an additional charge (1.25), there should be parentheses to indicate that additional charge. I did not want to post this publicly because my intention is just to call attention to the misleading menu and how it could be understood as misleading, as someone who budgets and fits these coffees into their budget the little nuances like this can add up. However, I contacted them directly and no response. **UPDATE received a response, they confirmed I was over charged and offered a remedy.”
