“It was so sad, we waited over 30 minutes for our drinks. Then the kid asked what we ordered and we told him and he had to go back and make them. 😔 Was so excited because they just opened but idk if it's going to take that long, not sure if I will go back.”

“I simply cannot express enough how impressed I am with the extraordinary customer service and the unique atmosphere that this store has managed to create. Every time I walk through the door, I m greeted with warm smiles and friendly conversation. The baristas here truly go above and beyond to make each and every customer feel special, and it is evident that they take great pride in the exceptional service they provide, even if they are swamped. It's not just the service that sets this Starbucks apart, though. The store itself is a haven of creativity and community, with thoughtful touches and special events designed to cater to everyone who walks through the door. The table set up to honor the military on Memorial Day, the Rock trading stations, Trunk or Treat for Halloween, and even Santa Claus visiting during Christmas season, all contribute to an atmosphere that makes this Starbucks a true neighborhood gem. One particular highlight of this location is their incredible cup collection. I was blown away by the variety of cups they had available for purchase, each one more unique and eye-catching than the last. I've been to my fair share of Starbucks locations, but the team at the E 22nd St store has raised the bar. They embody the true meaning of pouring one cup of coffee at a time. If you're ever in Tucson, make sure to stop by and experience this gem of a store for yourself. You'll quickly understand why they are the best.”

“Love Jethros! The atmosphere is fun and the staff is friendly. Had the California omelet. Nice big serving. The fried potatoes are my favorite with pieces of onion and pepper. The omelet was huge. I was a little disappointed that considering the size of the omelet, the avocado piece was pretty small. Especially since it's advertised as one of the main ingredients. I would also recommend using shredded cheese instead of slices. It was just a little too much swiss cheese. Overall great place and I will be back.”

“I was kind of disappointed to know that we had to leave at 7 cuz they close their dining room and they shut the whole place down at 7 who does that it's Starbucks. the new building is amazing but what's the point if you can't make it a neighborhood spot if you don't stay open late...”

“Visited this location couple of times since opened. First time going inside the cafe. Interior is beautiful! Longer, open layout which seems to be the new style for new Starbucks buildings. Reason for 4/5 stars, other staff members seem annoyed by cashier (John). I totally get it, John (no offense) is older than others so patience is key. The other staff could have been more friendlier rather than seem to be annoyed because he was asking for help with placing order or checking inventory of food. Kudos to John!! 2nd register to be added, I suggest.”

“Clean, new, nice environment to sit and have a coffee. Great mountain views from shaded outdoor seating. Great service. You can get much better breakfast sandwiches for cheaper from a Burger King or McDonalds, also with good fresh coffee.”

“I love this Starbucks! The staff is friendly and so very sweet. I noticed that a few customers come in and get greeted by their first name. I had rewards for a free iced tea and the barista made it so yummy! I told him to surprise me but to make it fruity and he did just that. I come here to do homework, it’s my favorite Starbucks this far! Clean and spacious as well :-)”

“Love, love this Starbucks. I go in frequently and most of the people know my name and what I order. There's even been times when my drink was ready before I finished paying for it!! A big shout out to Amanda... she's awesome.”

“Great place! Friendly staff, clean, and cold coffee on tap! (Of course all the sweet things you would expect at DD)..if I'm being honest the food menu is just so-so..I tried the grilled cheese on one occasion and my wife had a breakfast taco..portions seemed small and overall the items were meh. I know it's just fast food..but for the price it wasn't the best I have seen compares to elsewhere. But cold coffee and good donuts! Heck ya!”

“Don't sleep on this place. Starbucks is the type of establishment that jolts you right into a higher state of consciousness. The caffeine packed liquid tapped directly from Seattle springs shocks you like a toaster in a bathtub! Customer service here is a value second only to the creation of good coffee. Enjoy the devotion of employees who work tirelessly to deliver high quality coffee in a timely manner. As you sip your delicious beverage, keep in mind that we are all on a journey, a journey with highs and lows, peaks and valleys, heavens and hells. As we try and navigate this world, which so often appears to be nothing more than a vale of tears, remember that we as a human species are all in this together. We can only progress towards the kingdom of God by putting aside our selfishness and greed, and working together towards the transcendent. Have a great day, and remember to spread some love.”

“Service was great, and food came out quick. All our food was hot, but not in the “sat in the food window for so long you can’t touch the plate” hot. Flavors were great. Variety and ability to make substitutions was fab. Portions compared to price were acceptable. If you are getting an app with a full entree I don’t recommend getting an additional side… we were so so full!!! Downside with pulled pork was that the bottom bun was so soggy from the juices I couldn’t eat it. Great atmosphere for dinner. They have heaters all over, but I recommend bringing a jacket! They don’t take reservations for smaller parties, so on an evening with great weather and their live music I recommend getting there a little earlier for your meal :)”

“Very very cool spot and good pizza. Fun draft list as well. Wanted to come through to do some work but not only is that a bit hard without any outlets but we were also kind of shunned by the staff for trying to do so. Good to hop in and out but not much of a hangout spot.”

“This is a go-to spot for me. Kind and knowledgeable service. Menu is the perfect size, valuing quality over quantity. Plenty of options to choose from, savory and sweet. Haven't had something I didn't like. Roomy and bright environment, and love all the well taken care of plants scattered about. Also kiddo friendly, which isn't very common with cafés. Highly recommend.”

“Remodeling when we stopped by. Mobile order. Did not mention construction on the app. We were traveling. Our kids could not use the bathroom because the lobby was being remodeled. Our coffee was cold. They graciously made a new cup. Service is always on point at Starbucks. This one was just a communication breakdown.”

“Fast-moving Starbucks even though they are very busy. Order is always made correctly. Very much appreciated. Maybe they could teach the Green Valley Starbucks a thing or two since that location is incredibly slow for a Starbucks.”

“Been here twice and absolutely love it. It is attached the The Coronet patio and they have a small little European looking bistro seating area near the cafe. First, the vibes are immaculate. Second, the menu is simple-ish with a rustic fancy flare. Third, the service is really friendly, helpful and laid back in the right way. I appreciate the order at the counter, service to your table thing, and again just love the look inside and out. Highly recommend for a brunch on the patio, note there is no inside seating, so it’s pretty hot in summer ;)”

“Yep, time has marched on & the interior has changed , more modernized & all but thank heavens the food ( specifically the taco platter) has not changed. Still super tasty, super basic & lots of tummy satisfying flavor. Never have had a bad experience here in the many many years we've come. Can't make it often due to conflicting hours but make it as often as we can. Love this place.”

“When there is a line you know it's good. After a fun and busy weekend in Tucson we were on the hunt for some delicious coffee and food, and found this gem. We first saw the long line and debated if it was worth it, and it was!!! The line moved fast and they had live mariachi playing to keep us entertained. Once at the door the items they had were sweet and to the point. All good choices and the hardest part was to narrow it down. After a healthy debate we made our choices (sample it all). We highly recommend this place and we can't wait to go back.”

“The newest Starbucks in our area! Clean easy access to roads, Twin peaks/Silverbell. I like that the drive through doesn't block traffic going in and out of the other businesses and roads. It was planned well and the service is great!”

“Great service first of all, this early you can pick your own table lighting low for those just waking up but enough light you can do your morning calls. Had the oatmeal came with raisins and cranberries and brown sugar. I ask for some cinnamon to top it off. Old fashion oats were great, didn't need any almond milk or regular milk just enough mosture. The Oink cafe has an excellent breakfast menu waffles french toast pancakes and how do you like your eggs. Check online this menu will surprise.”

“I always come here if I want good breakfast. The food is amazing, srevice is great, that support our troops and law everyone. It's one of the few places left that you can still get that hometown family run feel. Get the Alaska waffle if your feeling a little sweet tooth. The home fries may be the best ever.”
