“Not having been to this establishment yet but I'm reading these reviews and it's easy to see that Mr. Mark Anthony was going to be unable to be pleased in any situation. Being hangry is the bottom of a downward spiral. This is a mobile truck and had you given him a call first rather than last I believe you would have found that they were closed and under repair. I'm was looking for this truck as well and when I called her said he would be open for service again on Tuesday. So before giving a negative review on something never tried think first”

“So glad they have a brick and mortar now; one of my favorite food trucks ever! Nice little restaurant with a good selection of burritos, tacos, and other Mexican fare. We like to get two of each taco and share, cause they are all equally good. They also have tacos al vapor which are kind of hard to find. Burritos done right- better than any fast food burritos in town!! The tortilla and everything inside is just perfect. Dine in area is smaller with three tables, but it's a refurbished Sonic restaurant so you can get food at the window and park in the shade; good if you're trying to social distance. Will keep coming back!”

“Some of my meal was good, and some of it was kinda boring due to lack of seasoning… even for fast food, I thought a place dedicated to chicken would make more of an effort to season it.. and corn on cob is entirely unseasoned- it really doesn’t take much to include a sprinkle of seasoning, side of mexi crema, and a lime to make it right, but they don’t. Guacamole, beans and rice were pretty good though, but disappointing they don’t give you chips when you order guacamole 🤦♀️🤷🏼♀️ and salsa… no chips for salsa either. Salsa was pretty good, had a small kick to it but kinda bland in flavor. 3 piece dark meat, beans, rice, corn, guacamole, salsa, really wish it came with chips or at least more than just 3 tiny corn tortillas for all that food. I really want them to be better. They’re close, and these simple fixes would make all the difference. Still prefer Del Taco for Mex fast food over this place cuz they do put a bit more love into it”

“This is an adorable up scale little restaurant. We had steak and salmon both the main and sides were delicious! If you love ice cream you will not be disappointed...the flavors and the flavor is to die for and although we only received one scoop, it was for a reason...the ice cream is so rich and creamy that it's the perfect serving. My hubby can eat a bowl full of ice cream and he was completely happy, especially with the flavors offered. If you are in the area, definitely stop by.”

There were ample options for plant-based and vegan diners, and the staff was very happy to change items to accommodate dietary needs. Staff was very knowledgable about the food, its preparation, and the sourcing of ingredients, and all seemed to take pride in the dishes. The wine list was very nice, and featured several Arizona selections. A tasting menu is available as well. With advanced notice, they can also offer this with items to meet dietary needs. I think Maynards may now be the #1 fine-dining experience in Tucson.”
