Original Golden Skone

This was my 2nd time visiting The Golden Skone. I am more than pleased with the food and atmosphere!! I only have had the roast beef but I love it! I will try others items on my next visit! Their version of french fries are super yummy as well. I highly recommend The Golden Skone for a yummy sandwich or dessert!!

My husband heard about Golden Skone on a community page, we decided we had to try it and we are so glad we did!! The sandwiches are so good! We also ordered their dessert sampler and it was so impressive!! Their service as well cannot be beat! I was greeted kindly and was updated on my order while I waited! If you want to support a good, small, family owned business, this is the place to go!!

I was initially concerned it would be too greasy but it was not at all. The portion was a good size and really good fries. Added bonus was the DDP on tap to wash it down and the cinnamon dessert Skone delightful. Definitely will go back!

The quality in how SOFT the scones are here is nothing shy of PERFECTION. Definitely try them out. We also bought a $5 family game the owner invented to do with the kids. The sampler scones were ridiculously good when dipped in their sugary sauce.

When I did a search for it on Google it didn’t show up under the normal way of spelling Scones which should be fixed so more people can find it.

Our first time there and definitely will not be our last. I had a roast beef stone and my wife had a turkey stone. Both were delicious. The stone was very good and made the sandwich extremely tasty. We both had their fries which were very good also. Their portions were very generous and we’ll have leftovers tomorrow. Excellent experience.
