Vero Chicago Pizza

Food here is amazing! Staff is very friendly, nice atmosphere. Overall, great place to eat

We stopped in last night and ordered both a deep dish Sears Tower (not Willis) and a butter crust Lakeshore. Both were delicious. The deep dish was actually one of the best I’ve ever had and I’ve eaten many from the various Chicago staples. Very friendly staff.

This place was amazing Authentic Chicago deep dish pizza! The bar and dining areas were packed and you could tell everyone was having a good time! The pizza was nothing short of perfection and even though we did take out 1. The food was stayed warm 2. We will coming back for the food and atmosphere!

In addition, it was amazing hearing the story of how it came to be! You could tell it was made from passion and hard work. Thank you to the staff and Josh the owner!

I spent the majority of my adult life in the Chicagoland area. Most recently we lived in Logan Square, right down the street from one of Chicago’s top pizza spots and believe me, we were there often. So, when we say that Vero is true Chicago food fare it should mean something. Deep dish, in my opinion, is more of a tourist dish, but definitely worth trying. I will say for all of you wanting to try deep dish for the first time, DO IT! It is a delightful cheesy wonderfulness that most Chicagoland residents just don’t have the time for. If you go for deep dish do expect a wait, but that’s what the appetizers are for. For us the Cracker crusts and thin crusts is where it’s at and Vero delivered the flavor. We will be heading back soon.

Visiting family and were hoping for some yummy pizza. Vero’s atmosphere is fun, laid back and relaxing. Food is excellent! Wait staff are on point! Management is experienced and professional. Good times were had and great memories made. If you find yourself in the San Tan area or even close by, this is a stop that you will enjoy!
