“Finally, there is new owners since late October 2013. The foods are the same great taste, and the customer services is great again. The owner are two sisters, who are really friendly and can sometimes sit down and chat for a long time when they are not busy. The best time to come is about 1:30pm before 4:30pm. It's one of the places that Chinese students hang out at. I specifically like their Fish filet and Chicken filet dishes, which is really traditional Taiwanese flavor. I am not so much about their Boba tea, which is too sweet for me. I don't like their rice noodle soup, which doesn't taste the same as I expected in Taiwan.”

It's a little hard to find as it's wedged in the back of the parking lot at a larch church - trust your google maps to guide you because the location is not obvious.”

“This place has amazing food and atmosphere. I was very relieved to find they have a gluten-free menu. The chicken salad is wonderfully tasty and they’ll serve it in an avocado instead of bread. They also have a great cheesesteak. The whole place is colorfully decorated and the restrooms are very clean. Changing table is also a big plus in my book.”

“Definitely a place for this kids. The USA Skateland in chandler was very dirty and had a lot of stains on the floors. The odor on the inside was musky. It was overly crowded and the food was awful. I would say this place is not wheelchair accessible. They have a lot of rules to follow. The staff were really friendly!”

“This Starbucks serves the same great coffee; however, it’s not a great place to do meetings, meet others or relax. This is more of a get your coffee and go type of Starbucks and not very community centric. The location is easy to get in and out of. There is plenty of parking. The speaker system is really loud both inside and on the patio.”

“I had seen this place multiple times and always large crowds outside waiting to be seated. My daughter and I went to test it out and surprisingly we were the only ones inside the restaurant at the time 😂 When we got seated, our waitress told us they were out of multiple items on the menu and its a very slim amount of options to pick from. I ended up picking the chicken and waffles, after 2 other orders I wanted were not available. I have no complaints with the meal, it was great! My daughters meal could easily be an adult meal. She couldn’t finish half of it, but we took the rest home and saved it for another day. She enjoyed her meal and did not have any complaints for the food. Overall everything was good, I do wish the whole menu was available at the time so I could have eaten something I really wanted instead of settling. Update 7/9/22: Remains at 4 stars, arrived and seated quickly with no wait. Ordered food and had to wait approximately 40 minutes. Restaurant was at roughly 25% capacity and seemed as if it took awhile for the food this time. When food arrived, quality was great 👍🏾”

“This was some authentic Chinese cuisine. The hot and sour soup had capsaicin spice where it does not burn your mouth but makes you sweat after eating it. The General Tso was perfectly breaded, not too crunchy but not light and the sauce also had that perfect heat to it. Tried the osmanthus tea to step out of my comfort zone. It was sweet and mostly just jelly so not really a tea.”

“Atmosphere: Decent space for sitting. There is outdoor and indoor seating. The bathroom is sealed off for now though. Cost: average for a Bosa Donut shop. Drinks are cheap when compared to actual boba shops. What I got: a rose tea of some sort (included toppings) and a Thai tea. Taste: Thai tea was delicious. This place is a hit and miss kind of place but it is usually pretty good for Thai Tea. The Rose tea was a gamble and it turned out pretty good. Also cheap prices for these two drinks so I was happy. Would I come back: Of Course! This is usually my go-to for midnight snacks. The have pretty good donut holes when you’re lucky. They recently changed management or remodeled so I was hesitant on the quality but it is still great! Speak loud for the worker if you’re wearing a mask because it’s hard for them to hear and you don’t want your order to be wrong.”

“This is a very busy Starbucks locations along the southern side of Broadway, just off of I-10. The store hours are broader than most locations I've seen, a 3:30am start most days, though when I was in on Labor Day weekend, their hours were reduced. The interior is pretty spacious and orders were filled quickly when we were inside.”

“This was our first time trying Arcadia Farms. We went for brunch on a Saturday. It was busy, but they sat us out back right away. They have misters and covered tables, so it's warm in the heat of Scottsdale but bearable. The service was fast and the food was very good. The quiche was excellent, among the best I've ever had. The portions were appropriate. The potatoes that came with the quiche were well seasoned and cooked correctly. The seared salmon nicoise salad had a large piece of salmon on greens with a tasty dressing on the sweet side. The restaurant provides some sweet small pastry to snack on while you wait for your meal and the servers are very attentive to the details of your order. Great experience and a number of interesting menu options that will bring us back again soon.”
