Conifer Bentonville

I was blown away by the standard of food and service at this new establishment! So much so, I've returned multiple times already.

The food is delicious. You cannot skip the brussel sprouts or the paella (secret hack - ask them to add shrimp if you're not vegetarian!).

The wine menu is very solid with inclusions of unique styles like skin contact.

The service is friendly and the ambience is trendy but welcoming.

Wow! I am blown away by Chef Cooper and his team tonight! Conifer, by far, takes lead as the best city-like dining in downtown Bentonville. A superb experience from the moment we walked in, through the entire dining experience. Our server Jess was knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful and observant of our needs. Chef Coopers menu was unique and complimentary to the season. I can’t say enough about how delicious the two entrees we had were, (Pork Chop & Ribeye Special) exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the Conifer team for making our date night experiential and memorable.

Being Gluten-free and a true farm to table restaurant is hands down worth going! Loved the welcoming staff and you are able to watch the chefs prepare your meal! Fun and cozy atmosphere.

The food and atmosphere were amazing. Love that all dishes are unique and everything on the menu is gluten free! Highly recommend the chicken and dumplings - it was so good!

SPECTACULAR!

We have been waiting for this place to open since we heard about it and it did not disappoint!

The cocktails were deceivingly strong because the flavors were so well balanced.

We split a few of the appetizers and one entree to enjoy our meal more like tapas and every one was a hit! We had the beets, corn cakes, the clams and the scallops (photos below).

We concluded our meal with a peach galette, which was so light and flaky!

Best of all is that everything on the menu is gluten free and they were accommodating to our request to limit dairy to just butter. We’ll definitely be back (and bringing friends!)
