I opted for a sandwich with jalapeno cheddar sausage and brisket, also Caesar salad and creamy spinach as my sides. The food is pretty good but nothing that really stands out. It was missing something really spicy which I don't think they offer. Washed it all down with the yuengling and my daughter topped her dinner off with the free ice cream.”

I have ordered takeout from here as well. We had an issue with our order last week and had to return it. Mistakes happen - we understand. The manager, Marcus, truly went the extra mile to make things right. With a reputation of service such as this, you can’t go wrong. “It seems a little strange to write a review of a chain restaurant, but this location is SO good that it merits one! This Chipotle location consistently hits it out of the park. They have a scratch kitchen - and it shows. The food is always so fresh and tastes so good. There is always enough staff present - no matter what time I’ve showed up - so the service is incredible. And the staff seems super happy, committed and engaged - so whoever the general manager is, they are getting their job done. And this location always seems very clean and tidy (unlike some other locations I’ve been to). Giving this place an A+!”

“I don't generally rate chain restaurants because they're mostly cookie cutter, and you know what you're getting. I placed an order for carryout (thinking I ordered for delivery). After 90 minutes, I called the restaurant and they confirmed my order was ready at the store. When I got there, they had re-made my order fresh, and gave me the old one that had been sitting there, free of charge. None of this was their fault, and they still outdid many competitors in terms of service.”

“We were just browsing the stores in the mall and wanted to drink a coffee with maybe a pie. We noticed no coffee nearby and thought at an Italian style restaurant there should be good coffee. And yes surely the coffee was great. I couldn’t resist to order the bruschetta and it was pretty tasty as well. Though it wasn’t too busy it had a good atmosphere and the service was good. We’ll definitely be back to try a pizza next time.”

As for the house service, it wasn't very busy front of the house; but following-up with the customers was not where it should have been with food this exquisite. Because of this factor, it negatively impacted the tip; Keep the glass filled and it's a great start with keeping me happy and the happier I am, the more I put into the tip pool. Despite this area is lacking, I would still recommend that if you're in the mood for some great food with flavor then this is definitely the place! “Delicious smoked meats and tasty sides. Everything from ribs to smoked sausage, turkey and beyond. The fried okra is dropped after you order so it's piping hot and absolutely scrumptious. The waffle fries are the same way. They fry them fresh after you order so there's no chance of getting lukewarm or soggy fries. They offer original, sweet, or spicy barbecue sauce along with mayonnaise and mustard. They have a little relish bar as well with pickle, onions and jalapenos. There is no tip as it's semi-fast food. However, the quality rivals or exceeds anything you would find at an expensive, sit down barbecue restaurant. In my opinion, it's way better than rib crib.”
