I like to order takeout here every once in a while always happy with the results

Typically I love their food. However, I took my parents from out of town for brunch there. Apparently not all employees were aware they no longer serve it. This is a management fail. Disappointed no longer offered.

Food.. chopped smoked brisket very good.
Cleanliness.. very good
Decor.. great
Bathrooms.. very clean (but needs a foot pedal so a person doesn't touch the door handle for many men don't wash hands after using the restroom)
Overall a very good lunch.

Service is fast, good selection of food and drinks, and most meats are good tasting. But service is lacking, and a lot of the food is not fresh or hot. Both times I've tried it a few months apart there was no hostess, and there was barely anyone eating there. Servers are good but don't keep drinks full, have to ask for napkins and utensils. I'll try it one more time in a few months but so far not impressed and I don't recommend them at this point unless you just want some fast OK bbq meat.
