“I don't generally rate chain restaurants because they're mostly cookie cutter, and you know what you're getting. I placed an order for carryout (thinking I ordered for delivery). After 90 minutes, I called the restaurant and they confirmed my order was ready at the store. When I got there, they had re-made my order fresh, and gave me the old one that had been sitting there, free of charge. None of this was their fault, and they still outdid many competitors in terms of service.”

“Just had dinner at Mimi's. Our dinners were delicious and very impressed chef came around to tables. Waiter left a lot to be desired. Very disappointed in his service. First he didn't mention any specials as noted on the board as we walked in and couldn't any questions about MENU items.. Didnt ask if we wanted coffee or dessert, just brought check. Shocked at service because we had been there Wed for breakfast and had wonderful service and awesome breakfast.”

“We were just browsing the stores in the mall and wanted to drink a coffee with maybe a pie. We noticed no coffee nearby and thought at an Italian style restaurant there should be good coffee. And yes surely the coffee was great. I couldn’t resist to order the bruschetta and it was pretty tasty as well. Though it wasn’t too busy it had a good atmosphere and the service was good. We’ll definitely be back to try a pizza next time.”

“I had a chance to eat here the other evening and the food is what gets the 5 STARS! As for the house service, it wasn't very busy front of the house; but following-up with the customers was not where it should have been with food this exquisite. Because of this factor, it negatively impacted the tip; Keep the glass filled and it's a great start with keeping me happy and the happier I am, the more I put into the tip pool. Despite this area is lacking, I would still recommend that if you're in the mood for some great food with flavor then this is definitely the place! “Delicious smoked meats and tasty sides. Everything from ribs to smoked sausage, turkey and beyond. The fried okra is dropped after you order so it's piping hot and absolutely scrumptious. The waffle fries are the same way. They fry them fresh after you order so there's no chance of getting lukewarm or soggy fries. They offer original, sweet, or spicy barbecue sauce along with mayonnaise and mustard. They have a little relish bar as well with pickle, onions and jalapenos. There is no tip as it's semi-fast food. However, the quality rivals or exceeds anything you would find at an expensive, sit down barbecue restaurant. In my opinion, it's way better than rib crib.”

The u-shaped bar is the focal point and is the ideal design for a sports bar. Plenty of big screen tv’s for every sporting event. They weren’t kidding when they said ‘cold beer’ because my beer actually frosted up. Friendly staff and my steak was cooked as ordered. They we’re also in the process of renovating the outdoor patio to accommodate year round use which should be pretty cool when finished.”

“My daughter and I stopped in to have breakfast. I have eaten Steak 'n Shake many times but have never gone in. I was pleasantly surprised that you are seated by a server who takes your order and your food is delivered on real plates with actual silverware. I ordered pancakes with eggs and sausage. My daughter wanted a burger and fries. It was nice that I was able to get breakfast and she could get lunch. My pancakes were delicious. They have a sweet vanilla flavor that I really like. My sausage and eggs were also good. The price was super reasonable. I will definitely remember Steak 'n Shake as a weekend breakfast option more often.”

One call to Honeybaked Ham and speaking with the nice manager, John, an hour before they even opened for the day, and my Thanksgiving is done. John was very friendly, answered all of my questions and let me know what he has ready. I'll be having a dozen orange rolls, 2.5 pounds of thick sliced roasted turkey, smashed taters and veggies. And all I have to do is hand over my debit card! Thank you John! Holiday meals solved here.”
