“Covid hasn't stopped this place from making great food! You do have to wear a mask and plastic gloves that they provide to get food from the buffet which is fine. I tried everything on the buffet and wasn't disappointed and the service staff was great too. Will be back!”

“STAFF DO NOT WEAR MASKS! Service friendly and helpful. No physical distancing here. There is a table and chairs outdoors. Clean bathrooms. Food tasty! Onion rings light with savory batter and ranch dip. The patty melt and chicken fried steak are sandwiches which worked well for takeout. We enjoyed them at the nearby Cricket Creek park. Ambience humble and clean. I would go again.”

“We went back in September for my step son’s birthday. It was a little hard to find, the GPS brought us to the wrong location. Plus we were from out of town, so we were not sure what we were looking for. We had to schedule an appointment to fish and both of my kids enjoyed it. The guy was super friendly and helped us get a reservation for lunch that day. They cooked the trout that we caught and even helped make recommendations to us. Outstanding food and service. Each time we are in the area we are going to try to go visit. I highly recommend this place.”

“First time here and it was great. I had the open faced roast beef dinner with mashed potatoes, green beans, and Mac and cheese. The beef was cooked well and very tender, and there was a good amount of it too. The Texas style toast was buttered and toasted nicely. Good brown gravy. My wife had a cheeseburger with onion rings. They were excellent as well. They run the kitchen well from what I can see, and they change their fryer oil like they should. From another person's review I saw they mentioned the bread pudding so we tried it and we both agreed that it's the BEST bread pudding we've EVER had. Seriously. And I've sampled my fair share of it! Cassy was our server and she was wonderful. She helped make my first visit exceptional. We will definitely be back.”
