The food, the people, even the truck are all top quality, and now that opening day is over, wait time is pretty short (I waited about 5 minutes for two meals last time I went, even with one person ahead of me). The ribs and pulled pork sandwiches are my favorite, and the bbq sauce that comes with them is impressive in it's originality, quality, and depth of flavor. Honestly, no matter what they're serving, you'll find something amazing.
Hosea (who I perceive to be the driving spirit behind this endeavor) has a genuine love for his craft and his people, which includes his coworkers and customers. If you ever see him stressed, it's because he's working hard to give everyone the best experience possible. Try to give him a "hello", when you can. ☺️
