The food was good and the drinks were cold, but this man made our experience just amazing. He presented out cups like they were the Queen's crown, with both hands like knighted professional server. I swear this guy needs to be the manager or something. He is simple too nice and sincere to be taking orders. I just hope he sees this review and knows how awesome he was. I go to this one the most because it's the one closest to me and whereas they sometimes blow me away with how fast and friendly everyone is and how good and fresh the food is, there are also other times I'm waiting in the drive-thru for way too long and the staff is very impatient and rude. I don't go into the restaurant itself very often, but when I do it's a typical McDonald's; a little dirty but nothing to complain about and nice enough for using the kiosks and eating in.”

“Very dismal experience today (after many good ones for years). No one smiled, and it seemed as though the staff had literally just rolled out of bed (tired, slow moving, unprofessional dress). They weren't rude at all, just... THERE. They did get my order correct, and the food was good, but the experience/interaction was totally a 0. I hope they can perk things back up soon instead of scowling, being on their phones, and looking ready to go home. Made me sorry I even bothered to come in and inconveniece them with my presence. I'll definitely be back for the food and would love to upgrade my rating. I really used to LOVE this place!”

“9am Monday morning and I just received the absolute best toaster sandwich. I generally have to ask for my sandwich to be toasted on the grill to get a sandwich that is actually toasted. It is usually dry toasted then but at least its not raw bread. This mornings cook actually took the time to not only toast it on the grill but they actually buttered it before toasting it. PERFECT!
