10 STARS if I could! Seriously amazing experience. The reviews are true, that this is THE Hibachi grill to go to in Hot Springs! Chef Patrick was amazing, and his knowledge of his menu and the ingredients he prepares is next level. You can taste the passion!! Oh, and a huge plus - I have a gluten intolerance and he, and the rest of the staff, were extremely knowledgeable and accommodating for me. Thank you so much for a truly remarkable birthday dinner! We will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely amazing!! This was hands down the BEST hibachi we have EVER had. The steak was better than any steak Ive had at a strakhouse even. The atmosphere was super cool and the staff were all super friendly and accommodating. Chef Patrick was super friendly and even made a point to stop and tell us thank you for coming and asking how everything was. Next time we are in town we will DEFINITELY be back!

I went today for lunch with my girlfriend. It was our second time visiting, and the previous time, we had a romantic dinner. The first time, at dinner, service was better overall; and my girlfriend was more pleased with her meal. However l was most pleased today with the sushi I enjoyed, and also the service of the sushi chef. I feel my girlfriend was also overall pleased with the quality of her hibachi chicken, and the fried also. I felt service was beyond adequate, so my impression of the restaurant remains quite favorable. Pictured, my roll and hamachi (yellowtail) nigiri sushi, today; and then the sashimi plate I enjoyed dinner a few months prior, and also my girlfriend enjoying her entree that night.

If I could give 6 stars, this place would get 6 stars! Eating here was a pleasure. The sushi is simply amazing. The sauces are all deliciously made in-house by the chef. I would recommend the "most expensive roll". Don't let that name fool you. It's not crazy expensive, but it tastes like nothing I've ever had at a Japanese restaurant! If you love food and find yourself in Hot Springs, you need to eat here.

Best place I've found in Hot Springs for Sushi. Others have left me extremely disappointed after having Sushi in Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Sunnyvale, etc.. But this place is good and George, Korean Sushi chef is awesome.
