Rib Cage BBQ

Mad at myself for not reviewing Rib Cage sooner. (I thought I had)
The food, prices, and hospitality are always the best. The only time this place disappoints is when I need Que and they are closed. Sadly, I don't get around there much anymore. Now I'm craving it, so I may just have to head that way in a minute. If ya get a chance to stop by, tell them ole Fish Pants sent ya. It wont get ya nothing, but it will sure get a conversation started. lol
BEST QUE IN THE STATE, AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED!

The Ribs, collard greens, and marinated coleslaw are literally the best I've ever had! This place has some fantastic food and is well worth the stop. I plan to make the 45 minute drive back to Hot Springs fairly often just to grab dinner here.

If your looking for great BBQ -- look no further. This little food truck packs a big punch! My husband and I always get the Warren. Sausage and ribs with 2 sides and bread. The prices are very fair and we usually end up with enough leftovers for us both to have lunch the next day. YUMMY! We also occasionally enjoy the banana pudding. Scratch made stove top banana pudding! Aaahhhmmaazzzing! The owners there are super friendly, and remember who you are. If you are planning on eating after 3pm, I would highly recommend calling ahead. They make small batch BBQ and when it's gone it's gone. The food truck offers tables and chairs for anyone to enjoy their meal when the weather is nice. Finger lickin' good BBQ -- highly, highly recommended!

The brisket was amazing and they didn't go light on it either. This was what was left over from a Sliced brisket plate. My Chopped brisket sandwich was really good as well and they loaded it down. 10/10 would recommend

Best BBQ My wife and I have ever had...and we live in Texas. That says a lot. They have large portions. Their one BBQ sandwich is three times larger than other places.
Their Ribs are AWESOME!! Their Potato Salad Spectacular!! It’s hard to find anything bad to say so I will say their beans are a little heavy on pepper but still very tasty.
Will definitely go back next time we are in town.
