I LOVE this hotel. It is the oldest original bath house building- which might make you worry… but it’s awesome. They kept enough of the original history of the building (hardwood floors throughout, exposed brick walls, so you feel like your a part of history, but it’s also very clean with nice rooms and comfortable beds. The owner was really friendly and the staff took the time to tell the history of the building and how to use the hot springs bathtub in our room. The hotel is right smack in the middle of everything. You tell them what time you wake up and every morning they bring a tray of fresh coffee to your room. Also you order breakfast the night before and walk downstairs to eat. I really enjoyed this place.
We just loved our stay at Hotel Hale- the staff were amazing and the owner Mayor Pat was so friendly and engaging. The rooms super clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and included, coffee at your specified time delivered to your room- LOVED THAT! Super well priced for all the pluses including location. We WILL be back 🥰
We loved this unique hotel. A very comfortable hotel room with the luxury of having the hot springs mineral water pumped directly to you in your private bathroom . We used it daily and loved the relaxing pace of our stay. Coffee service is brought to your room and you get fresh spring water in your mini fridge. Great and above expected service from the entire staff. The restaurant is delicious with a skillful bartender. I loved their robes and really wished I went ahead and bought one. Its a great location and you can easily walk to many Hot Springs locations. I highly recommend staying at Hotel Hale.
Cannot recommend Hotel Hale enough. It was a weekend escape and exactly what we needed. Service was excellent, staff made us feel special and appreciated, which was not needed but was a nice touch. The hot spring water to your room is unique and a must. We stayed in Hale and it was lovely, the perfect suite for us (husband and I and our baby!) to hide! Clean, fresh, special, attentive, a must do.
Pay for valet parking - there's no designated parking available. Take advantage of Brunch at Eden, it was perfect.
While the hotel really has a romantic escape vibe, they were completely accommodating for our one-year old and never made us feel out of place.
This is truly a luxury hotel will a wonderful staff. The location is prefect to walk the town and the hikes near the National Park Visitor Center. Our room was lovely and comfortable. If you are visiting Hot Springs, treat yourself with a stay here. The only downside is parking- in season definitely utilize the valet service. The staff make this as easy as possible for you.
