Starbucks

Not every experience at Starbucks is great. However, when I went a few weeks ago I ordered an iced drink, they accidently made me a hot drink. I got to keep the hot drink and they remade the iced version. Then the barista gave me an extra cup with two shots of cold espresso and appologized for me having to wait. I wish I rememberd the baristas name, because it was above and beyond service.

This location is AMAZING! I am kind of what you may call a 'regular' so I do frequent this location several times each week. Regardless of how busy the staff is, they are always so kind. Even when they are out of items waiting for a truck to deliver, they are so helpful in suggesting other delicious substitutions to my 'normal' order! You guys were swamped this morning and every person I had contact with was gracious and kind!!!! You all ROCK!!!!!!

The employees are absolutely to die for! They are sweet, carry conversation well, make amazing suggestions that made my order taste amazing, and remembered my name from the previous day! The lobby is very clean and comfortable, which made the experience even more amazing. I love coming here to get my work done or hang out with friends, and I highly recommend this location for others to enjoy as well!
